Great location to explore the area

The location was excellent, a bus stop outside to take you to Monaco, Nice and Menton. The apartment was clean and bright (only a few marks but that’s what you expect from a holiday rental) The access was easy with clear instructions from the host. We had a very pleasant 6 days!!

To make the apartment more comfortable, more coat hangers are needed so you can hang your clothes (4 between 4 people is clearly not enough) the wardrobe in the living room could do with a hanging rail with coat hangers ( 1 shelf and 2 draw baskets isn’t enough for 2 people) The kitchen could do with more equipment a toaster would be perfect as there is only a hob and no oven. The fridge is just a fridge with no ice compartment so an upgrade would be needed. The patio area, 3 chairs and there were 4 of us. The lemon tree spoils the view and needs a good prune or removing altogether, then it would be breathtaking !!!

Stayed while attending an event at Stade Louis. Lots of helpful information provided making accessing the property straightforward. Amazing views from lounge, bedroom and from very private terrace at back of property. Only 10mins walk to Stade and had amazing full day walking as far as Monte Carlo.

The desciption and photos showed a full kitchen. We automatically assumed an oven or microwave. ( it has washing machine) Picked up Pizza before checking in and found no facility to cook other than hob. Would not stop us staying but would be useful to be made clear.

Fantastic!

Beautiful spot. Close to the beach. Town isn’t too far of a walk either, but you do have to figure out the short cuts. Google maps isn’t the best here. The bed was so very comfortable, and the condo views just gorgeous with a lemon tree and flowers and a gorgeous view of Monaco town and the beach and water. The host is so attentive and was so very patient with all my questions. We had a fantastic time.

It is a bit of a walk to the main part of town, but it’s not too bad.

pretty apartment conveniently close to monaco

beautiful apartment just outside Monaco, an easy enough walk into town and close to walk to the beach as well. there was a nice sitting area in the back yard with a lemon tree and it was secluded. wifi worked well. bathroom was nice, toilet was separate from shower area which was good. self entry was seamless and clear.

there were no curtains or blinds on the bedroom windows/doors which would have been good to block some of the morning sun.

This apartment is the best thing that was in our trip.

The apartment is amazing, you want to stay there longer. Everything is present for cooking, also there is an iron. The garden is amazing with very cozy and comfortable hanging chair, you can spend their most of the time with a beautiful view at the sea. The place is very close to Monaco, elevator to down road, bus stop right at the door, supermarket in 3-4 minutes, specious paid parking in 5 minutes on the same street.

Bello e funzionale

L’appartamento é molto bello, con un panorama meraviglioso e uno spazio esterno ben organizzato. Appena fuori dal Principato, ma molto comodo allo stadio e al tendone del Circo (possibile raggiungerli a piedi). L’host é molto disponibile e cordiale.

Poca attenzione ai dettagli: stoviglie (bicchieri, piatti e tazze) non sufficienti per un soggiorno di 4 persone, un solo asciugamano per persona, etc.

pas de serviettes à mains dans la sdb, torchon vaisselle sale, vaisselle mal lavée, casseroles et poeles très anciennes, pas de grille pain, couette très fine, manque d'intimité car visite des voisins sur la terrasse dont l'accès est ouvert ! Pour le prix il est dommage de ne pas avoir de plateau d'accueil avec thé ou café

Las vistas.

El cierre de la puerta del apartamento no funcionaba y no lo arreglaron mientras estábamos hospedados. El calentador del agua caliente cada cierto tiempo, hace un fuerte ruido como de purga, es muy incómodo y no se puede dormir en el salón. La mesa del comedor está rota, si no vigilas y te apoyas para levantarte te quedas sin cena. No hay ni horno ni microondas. Habían dos sartenes, una de ellas rota. Los cojines para dormir incomodisimos, son cuadrados. En general no estaba sucio, pero tampoco lo limpio que debería estar.

Un séjour magnifique dans un appartement paisible, entouré de verdure et face à la mer .

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’appartement : l’emplacement était au-delà de mes attentes, niché dans un véritable écrin de verdure et face à la mer, offrant une tranquillité et un cadre exceptionnel. Nous avons adoré y séjourner, tout était réuni pour passer un moment agréable et ressourçant.

En revanche, j’ai été un peu surprise de constater qu’aucune dosette de café n’était mise à disposition. Deux dosettes pour le matin auraient été un petit geste très apprécié, et me semblent être le minimum pour bien accueillir les voyageurs. C’est un détail, mais qui fait réellement la différence lors d’une arrivée.

Magnifique appartement rénové avec superbe terrasse vue mer et Monaco , Le rêve !

Le logement est entièrement rénové avec une vue sur la mer et Monaco. Il y a une magnifique terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner, arboré d'un magnifique citronier et oranger, on se sent vraiment dans le sud de la france. La salle de bain est très fonctionnelle et entièrement neuve, la cuisine également, neuve moderne avec le nécessaire pour 4 personnes.

Superbe !

Un séjour exceptionnel dans un appartement complétement rénové. La vue mer est un vrai spectacle et le jardin avec citronnier et oranger donne immédiatement une ambiance de vacances dans le sud. Tout est propre et parfaitement conforme aux photos. L’endroit est calme et l’on s’y sent vraiment bien. Proche de Monaco, l’emplacement est idéal pour partir découvrir la région avec un arrêt de bus devant le logement. L’hôte est très réactif. Je recommande sans hésiter et espère revenir très vite !

Fantastique !

Séjour absolument parfait ! L’appartement était impeccablement propre, confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le grand jardin est un véritable havre de paix, idéal pour se détendre au calme. Tout était parfaitement conforme aux photos, voire mieux ! L’accueil a été chaleureux, l’hôte très réactif et attentionné. Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cet appartement les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Extrêmement déçu par le rapport qualité prix ( 1360€ pour deux nuits dans un appartement qui ne devrait pas dépasser 600

Très peu de choses

La situation non conforme à la description, pas de stationnement contrairement à ce qui était annoncé, énormément d’humidité dans l’appartement, le canapé lit en plein milieu de la cuisine et non du salon, impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres à cause d’un nid de guêpes, impossible de prendre une douche sans rincer l’œil des voisins puisque fenêtre donnant sur les appartements alentours et pas de volet à cet endroit, etc etc

Joli appartement et séjour agreable

Notre long week-end passé dans cet appartement a été agréable. Logement bien situé avec vue mer un peu coupée à cause des arbres fruitiers. Propre et bonne literie. Belle cuisine mais pas bien équipée. Il manque pas mal d'ustensiles pour faire la cuisine (grande casserole, passoire...). Il faudrait penser à mettre un portail à l'entrée de la terrasse pour la tranquillité des locataires car les gens de l'appartement du dessus descendent voir la vue mer et nous avons même eu une personne venant de la rue qui pensait pourvoir accéder à la mer par notre jardin car le portillon du haut est ouvert en permanence. Pour la sécurité et la tranquillité, à y penser. Autrement, je conseille ce logement et je trouve super que les chiens soient acceptés. Cela nous a permis d'amener nos deux loulous et c'est pour ça que nous l'avons choisi.

Les volumes,la vue sur la mer et la terrasse

Manque de torchons,de serviettes de bain,de serpillière et tapis de bain…quelques petites attentions comme deux ou trois dosettes de café et qqs sachets de thé…une spatule en bois serait la bienvenue.La partie cuisine est bien mais il manque un four ou un micro-ondes .
