2 night family stay (with dog)
Smooth check in with details and video sent in advance. Clean. Comfortable. Lovely view. Good facilities. Reliable WiFi and great aircon! We parked in Cap Fleuri car park 5 min walk away as the street parking was full. Cost 48euros for our 2 night stay. Very secure. Just bear in mind as you will likely need to transport belongings. We travelled with our dog and found a dog friendly pebble beach 15 min walk away. Also easy to walk into Monaco.
As other reviews have mentioned, a little TLC needed in some parts, but nothing at all that impacted on the stay.

Stunning views and plenty of amenities
Minor thing to remember is getting back from Monte Carlo needs to be done early as nightbus does not get that close to apartment (important if you have small children only)

Great but more attention by owner between guests required.
Great location overlooking the sea and close to Monte Carlo. Lovely terrace and generous spaces. We were offered a discount because previous guests had damaged sofa bed.
Difficult access to drop off bags if you have a car. Several of the lights were broken and sofa bed damaged. No toilet paper provided. If facilities require specific equipment to be provided by guests such as toilet paper and coffee pods this should be noted prior.

la disponibilité des hôtes par WhatsApp, la propreté, la vue, l'appartement fonctionnel, le balcon, les installations. la terrasse avec un citronnier, juste magnifique.
L’appartement en lui-même est donc fort correct et conforme à l’annonce. En revanche, il est situé dans une route très passante et l’environnement est particulièrement bruyant aux heures de pointe. Cela peut être gênant si l’on recherche du calme, notamment le matin et en fin de journée. Autre point important : il n’y a pas de parking dédié à l’appartement. Il faut soit trouver une place dans la rue (ce qui relève parfois de la chance), soit utiliser un parking souterrain situé à environ 500 mètres, avec un coût supplémentaire d’environ 24 € par jour. Ces éléments sont à prendre en compte au moment de la réservation.
