Good price, lovely staff, spacious apartments. Shame they are so much of a walk up a steep hill

Location is great if you don’t want to pay hefty prices in Monaco or Nice. It’s a short bus journey either way and the buses come regularly which is great. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the apartment was very clean.

The only negative thing about this property is the fact that it is up a steep hill with a fair few hundred steps. Not bad if you don’t mind a hill to climb but just be wary if you’re in a wheelchair or not very fit.

Great sea view, best for 2 people than for 4

You are paying for the most amazing sea view. You wake up and the full view to the ocean from your living room or bedroom just takes your breath away. The apartment had a great balcony, very spacious. Everything was clean. No outside noise. Huge parking.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but the second bedroom was basically non existent. There were 2 beds piled up and that’s it, you couldn’t fit anything else in the room, it was extremely small, seemed like a cupboard with 2 beds inside. The beds were low quality (as all the furniture in the apartment) so you could hear every single movement, I woke up many times due to the noise. There was also no door on the second bedroom, just a curtain... the door of the bathroom was also not a proper door, you could see in from a side. For 4 people, the apartment is too small. For 2 people, it’s good.

Romantisch, Fantastisch

This was a fantastic experience for us. From arrival, warm, friendly, and professional reception, quick check-in, and a fantastic apartment with a beautiful sea view, all the most beautiful Mediterranean scenery one could have... We were speechless. We had two dogs with us, who also felt completely welcome, with plenty of space to walk and play, enough to do and enjoy. For us, it was worth five stars plus! Thank you very much for everything, Sara and your TOP team...

It was a glorious surprise and I’d like to go back!

Once we found the property, it was fabulous! Incredible view. Newly renovated room complete with a working kitchen even with a dishwasher! Melissa was very helpful and knowledgable. Definitely would stay there again.

Unfortunately the pool wasn’t quite ready -it was being “shocked”. But the view was still fantastic. Must make sure you go all the way to the second gate or tell your Uber driver that also because this property is at the top of the hill.

Beautiful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay and were captivated by the breathtaking views. Sara was incredibly helpful and provided clear instructions throughout. The corner unit apartment with its spacious balcony was a highlight, and it came well-equipped with all the essentials.While the bedrooms and bathroom were a bit compact, they were still comfortable and manageable. The location is very convenient, with shops and bus stops just a short walk away. Do note that the property is situated on a hill, so the climb back might be challenging for some—but the stunning views more than make up for it. It would have been great if the pool hours were extended during the summer months. Overall, we truly enjoyed our holiday and had a lovely experience.

The view is indeed stunning, but the apartment is worn to the very limit, everything served for like 50 years without refurbishing.. clean, but some strange smell.. Booked another two nights, but we are not staying despite zero cancellation policy..

There are many places to visit in the area, this beautiful vacation on the French Riviera was worth

The location was excellent with an incredible landscape overlooking the sea. You could hear the roar of the sea, in the morning it was an incredible landscape and in the evening at sunrise or sunset. The pool located towards the sea offered an incredible landscape when we swam in it, together with the sea. The experience on the French Riviera was incredibly beautiful.

The cleaning could be better, otherwise everything was ok, there was a little mess on the terrace, but maybe it was because of the wind or someone from above shook something. I can't give a bad mark, but an 8 was worth it.

Very nice place, but the Sara Riviera is not a customer friend company.

there was not internet connection. When we asked them about it on booking, nobody answered... They have prosised a bottle of champagne when we arrived, but of course, it wasn't there... We arrived 25 minutes earlier and we had to pay penality... So, my recomenndation is NO, It is not a good place...

Excellent stay and above the whole family's expectations

Excellent place to stay, with great personal service, breathtaking views, 'rather' close to a minicenter with supermarket, shops and restaurants, and a hilly walking distance to Monacco along the spectacular coast (35 min walk), but a car is of course recommended, but when you walk home, a refreshing and wonderful infinity pool is awaiting you. We initially booked just for one night, but the whole family wanted to stay longer, which Sara attentively and quickly arranged to us, despite the fact it was high season and a lot of guests.

The spectacular view and the impressing construction of the real estate on the hill side, made it challenging to construct easy access to the pool from all rooms without walking a number of stairs. I am a pool guy, so I would have loved to have access to the pool after 7 pm and enjoy the sunset with a drink by the poolside.

Rooms are quite aged, quite a few maintenance things are in need of fixing but they were all minor - it just looks like there is no maintenance done, but nothing so bad that it affected the stay.

Swimming pool is extra ordinary. Home and balcony is pretty big and amazing view. Manager was helpful. Location is nice.

It was old and needed to be updated. It appeared to be a “resort” property, but really all it has was the pool. It felt like they tried to do too much with the small space and it felt cramped. Parking was a little tight just because of the nature of the building cut into the side of a mountain.

Booked room with kingsize bed the bed was 4ft and very uncomfortable the pillows were rock hard no white top sheet, toilet was way too small toes touched wall when sat down found it too small, iron black couldn’t use patio door was smashed overall apartment was small and was not as good as expected

Nice ambiance, great infinity pool, seagulls nesting in front of our terrace, nice mediterranean vegetation on rooftops, nice and spacious apartment, breathtaking view, friendly staff, convenient location, nice wooden structure that leads to pool, chill and laid back atmosphere overall all clean enough despite aging structure, quiet.

Parking free and very convenient but structure intimidating, small bunkbeds in the cabin, small wc and bed linen need to be fresher, furniture on balcony needs a bit cleaning too and door handles need a bit of repair but other than that, I could say it was great, clean and nice! Apartment big enough but cabin room very small.
