The house of 93 m2, located in the town of La Turbie, is built on a plot of 900 m2 with 8 olive trees, 9 fruit trees, a game of ball, 1 barbecue. The 25m2 terrace overlooks Monaco and the Mediterranean coast for 25km to Bordighera (Italy).
You will have 3 bedrooms, two with a 160 bed and one with a BZ bench. On the sanitary side, the bathroom is fitted with 2 sinks, a shower and a toilet, while the separate toilet includes a toilet and a sink. The kitchen is equipped with pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, small household appliances and crockery for 6 people. All parts and equipment were renovated in 2014-2015 and continuous maintenance is provided.
The access road is located at the intersection of the territories of La Turbie, Monaco, Beausoleil and Cap d-Ail.
The border with Monaco is 1.5 km and the city center 4 km (Casino, Place du Marché) while that of La Turbie is 4.5 km (Café de La Fontaine). The 3 closest beaches are 5 km away and with a little research, you will discover cool places.
The city of Monaco is a curiosity not to be missed for its setting, its architectural solutions, its history, its fauna, its place du Casino, in the evening in particular. Multiple activities, exhibitions, shows and events are offered all year round.
The A8 motorway is 7 km away and serves the entire French Riviera as well as Italy, which begins 19 km from the house, at the eastern limit of Menton.
You will be able to discover famous cities like Menton, Nice, Cannes but also the Var coast, in particular that of Estérel, from Cannes to Saint Raphaël with its ridges and its coves of red porphyry protected in a Regional Park. Access to Saint Tropez is rather advised outside of July / August and more particularly in September with its world famous regattas.
The hinterland is splendid and very close, you will appreciate pretty villages like Peille and Saint Agnès within 20 km while you can reach mountain villages within 80 km (Saint Martin Vésubie, Lucéram, Tende, Casterino ) or take unforgettable hikes in the Mercantour Regional Park.
You can also simply leave on foot from the house (but well fitted) and climb to La Turbie by a route dating from the Romans and admire the panorama of Monaco and Italy even higher and surrounded by nature.
Similarly, there are 'customs trails' from Monaco, Menton, Cap d''Ail or Antibes which will allow you to appreciate the surrounding coast and its mountains which descend to the sea while walking away from the cars .
