About this apartment rental
Cocoonr agency is offering for rent, in La Turbie, this charming 80 m² air-conditioned flat with sea and mountain views, which can accommodate up to 9 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a terrace. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 30 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed sleeping 3 (one double bed + one single bed) and a double sofa bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 36 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in La Turbie, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Pont Sainte Dévote 8 km away (15 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur 26 km (30 min by car)

La Pinède de La Turbie Wonderful stay, fabulous location. Building is new and the accommodation was beautiful and very well cleaned. The two secure parking spots was also super helpful. Great location for visiting Monaco, Nice and the rest of the region, but the little town itself was also very charming and had a lot to offer itself. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.
