It was an unpleasant experience, not comfortable at all. The location is nice, but I will definitely not return to this

I liked that the location is close to the Monte Carlo Casino, just a maximum 10 minute walk away. I also liked that when I requested the invoice for the company, I received it very quickly.

• I didn’t like that I received too many messages with very strict rules, which made you feel guilty even before arriving, as if you might break something. I also received a message before I even arrived at the accommodation asking me to share my experiences from my stay, even though I hadn’t arrived yet. • I found dirty dishes. • The bed linen and the bed smelled old, as if a 90-year-old person had been living there. It had that specific smell of elderly people who don’t like perfumes. • Not everything shown in the photos is actually in the room. Some things are slightly different, not necessarily disturbing. • The fridge was unplugged, and the cable was not easy to find to plug it in. • The chandelier was not working. There was lighting only above the bed. • The bed is to small.

Great location and value, but let down by difficult stair access.

If you are looking for an affordable, no-frills place to stay while exploring Monaco, this is a great choice. The room is small and basic, but it’s cozy and comes equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. The check-in process was easy. While it might not be the right fit if you’re looking for luxury or plan on spending a lot of time indoors, it offers excellent value for a young travelers on an agreeable budget. It served as a perfect, functional home base for the trip.

The arrival process was quite difficult as the instructions failed to mention that the property requires a strenuous climb up a hill and several flights of stairs. Navigating this with luggage was a major downside.

Beautiful room

Loved our stay here. Booked very last minute and checked into the room perhaps only half an hour after booking. Couldnt be grateful enough for such a wonderful room complete with everything you need.

Nice apartment but faulty blind for window !

Good location and good size room very clean !

The blind was broken so light coming in early in the morning ! I asked it to be fixed they said they would be there between 18:00 and 18:30 they shows up at 22:00 ! They didn’t care !

Basic room that is kindof perfect for exploring Monaco solo and on a budget.

The instructions to pick up the keys arrived in my emails and also whatsapp about an hour before check in, they were clear enough to be fair but could have had a map on where the door actually is as the address makes it seem like it's the road below. However, once in it was just a keypad and in, pretty easy. The room is very basic, but it is good value - if you want 'real' comfort and will be spending a lot of time in the room, this place isn't for you. However, if you just need a basecamp for exploring Monaco on an agreeable budget then I think this is a fine place to stay solo.

The room had no aircon so was a bit like a sauna, i think they should invest in a little portable aircon unit as the fan in there just pushes hot air around. The bed was about as wide as 2 scaffolding planks so if your a big guy or gal, this might be a challenge!

Killing the history

At least in this part of the town, old beautiful houses are still not demolished and substituted with ugly modern construction.The building of the accomodation is nicely restored 19th century building. Clean, cozy, nice design.

Communication is made by the bot. So robot tells you 'thank you for you being with us' long before you check-in))) Cleaners look wild. Don't even say helllo. Very loud, so it is impossible to open the window. That's the problem in the whole Monaco because of never-ending traffic of the sport cars, motorcycles and scooters and loud because of ugly corrupted building(such a shame for Monaco as the Principality).

I like the big window in my room which overlooked the sea. The late nights spent drinking wine and talking and looking at the see - priceless

This is the worst place you could stay. Better go to the streets. No, better DO NOT BOOK! They DID NOT GIVE ME the refund! LIARS!

Location was good.

Staff was very unfriendly and not very helpful. Also, we arrived about 45 minutes before check in and they had no place to leave our (very heavy) bags unless we wanted to pay an additional fee. Ridiculous. Every place we stayed on this trip would allow us to at least leave our bags.I wouldn’t stay there again.

Excellente !

I recently stayed at this hotel in Monaco and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was fantastic: a cozy room with an excellent orthopedic mattress provided maximum comfort. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which created a homely atmosphere. In the room, I found thoughtful compliments from the hotel — Italian chocolate, French champagne, and two bottles of mini water, adding a special touch to my stay. The value for money and quality of service are truly justified, and the hotel’s location is ideal. Without a doubt, I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and great service in Monaco!

Extremely reasonable for a Monaco location. Very basic, but clean & comfortable. Easy walk into town. We were there for the tennis & it was perfect. Would stay again

One of the worst experiences I've had .

Absolutely terrible service from the minute this booking was made .The owner was rude ,the service was completely unacceptable. Cracked windows ,unclean facility, no air con , wifi for tv didn't connect ,we left a day early and asked for a refund and the owner has completely ignored us. The property was noisy all through the night ,the room we had was next to a main road and there were building works outside the window so the view we had was rotten . We asked if we could enter the property 45 min early and they wanted 50 euros .There was noone even in the room. Possibly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had .waste of money .

Details said there was an electric kettle on room however there wasn’t one. Need for container to microwave food. You cannot flush toilet paper due to plumbing issue and the bin provided for dirty tissue has no lid. I would suggest owner changes bin, adds air freshener to bin and provides spare bags and details of where guests can dispose of these each day. Would also be improved by a blackout blind.

The WiFi worked well and the shower was good.

The apartment was difficult to find as I arrived after dark due to train strike. There wasn’t much to like about the room. It was small, no comfy chair as in the photos, the room was cold no heating. I felt the bare wires and the plastic pipes sticking out of the wall should be properly covered up or a new air con unit installed. The wires and pipes were covered in dust
