Perfect place if you want to stay in Monaco.

We enjoyed our stay at Lorenzo's place very much. A perfect place, very good equipped apartment, tastefully decorated, good beds, beautiful bathroom. Perfectly located: nice old appartmentbuilding with a nice small garden, a quiet corner and no more than 10-15 minutes walk from the Casino place. Lorenzo's communication: beyond expectation. Friendly, very accurate instructions and even tips for our stay in Monaco. Chapeau!

Well appointed and keenly priced apartment very close to the heart of Monaco

Lorenzo was a brilliant host - very communicative, with quick responses to questions and helpful suggestions for places to eat. Location is also excellent - very close to Monaco train station and a short walk into Monaco itself. Would definitely recommend.

Great location to see all sights in Monaco!

Great location, close to parking garage and covered pedestrian access areas to waterfront. We easily walked everywhere from this property, all within 20 minutes.

Bathroom was smaller than expected. Bedroom design was a little bizarre.

Don’t be stupid to pay for something that does it’s a SCAM

This apartment is not in Monaco. It’s in Basolejl in another address, this address is not the correct one! And btw, the property is old and very bad finishes…

The owners is a liar… be careful! He tried to convince us this is the right direction, but it is not! And it’s not Monaco!!

Spacious, modern and quiet. Great location next to the Monaco Train station. The escalator and lift in the train station were very helpful to avoid climbing. Walkable to almost everywhere.

Business Travel = No Wi-Fi connection

As I travel for business first thing I discover entering the apartment was no connection to Wi-Fi. Television was not working as well, after asking to the host what was the problem he said that 2 hours before arrival the internet connection was not working. Unfortunately he didn’t advise before arrival and he said to go anywhere in Monaco chasing the free Wi-Fi. So unprofessional for what he shows as 5 star… Anyway bathroom smelled and there was mold on the floor, in the kitchen the doors were broken. Before selling something you promise to the public and showing the best photoshopped photos you should make changes or at least warn them of a disservice to all business travellers.

Nice little apartment near the train station

The apartment was nice and clean and the small garden in front of the building gives a good vibe. The WIFI and the contact with the owner was great.

As there is no physical reception it's not possible to leave the suitcases at the apartment for a couple hours after check out.

The Host of the Apartment sent all information to us before check-in and check-out. It was a slide with pictures where we can find the key and which our doors, it was very helpful. The Apartment location really good, in a walk distance can reachable everything. The bed and the sofa were provided the same good comfort and a kitchen was equipped with all necessary appliances with a really tasty coffee maker. I recommend for everybody whose would like a nice, big and affordable Apartment in the center of Monte-Carlo. Thank you for everything!
