Covered all aspects perfectly.
I walked from the apartment down to the ocean two to three times a day, but I’m very fit. Older people or unhealthy people would need a car or bike, they would not be able to make it back up.

Je recommande vivement. Très bon ratio qualité/prix. 👍
Vraiment très jolie vue sur Monaco, appartement très calme et cosy (2 pièces : une chambre et un salon/kitchenette + salle de bain), places de parc publiques gratuites ou 4h, climatisation bienvenue = un super plus, hôte très gentille et professionnelle avec plein d'explications et à disposition pour les questions. Prix correct pour cette location.
Le canapé/lit au salon pourrait être nettement plus confortable, très dur. Il manque des vrais coussins et une petite couverture pour ce canapé/lit.

Mooi uitzicht en makkelijk bereikbaar. De eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam en reageert snel.
Voor parkeren voor de deur moet je geluk hebben, maar 100 meter verderop heb je een aparte parkeermogelijkheid.

Appartamento con tutti i comfort : parcheggio, posizione panoramica, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, asciugacapelli con diffusore ☺️ pentole, piatti e bicchieri, ottima caffettiera elettrica non con le cialde ma per il caffè in polvere.
Dotazione di una sola asciugamano per ciascun ospite: avrei preferito che fossero due a testa . Ma mi sembra di capire che è una pratica comune negli appartamenti in affitto in Francia.
