Brilliant stay, loved the design of the apartment

Great space, bed really comfortable, walking distance to Monaco and everything we wanted to see

Shower head low down and no shower screen so even when taking the shower head off to be able to use water went everywhere.

Ideal place to visit Monte Carlo

The apartment is very cozy, stylish, and spacious, with a unique character. The renovation is beautifully done and tasteful. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a dishwasher, Netflix, air conditioning, and a bathtub. There’s a grocery store just two minutes away, and a great Vietnamese restaurant nearby. The Casino Square is a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

-Location -Host was amazing -Good size appartement -Parking if needed

-Bath is not convenient at all (too small , no glass to avoid the water splashing everywhere ) -NO privacy in the appartement glass door in the bathroom ??? no blind curtains to avoid people checking the inside -WORSE... was the footsteps from the appartement above. ...Impossible to sleep if they're awake at 2.30 am and you'll be up at 7.45 in the morning ...

It's okay

The location is pretty good, only about 10-15 mins walking and using the public lifts to get down to the main areas.

The location is bad for other reasons, you have 2 car garages right across the road which can literally see into the windows which isn't great. The bathroom was not good. The toilet room itself is all black which just makes it look dirty and unappealing. There is no decent shower just a hand-held hose which sprays everywhere as there is no screen or curtain and you can't even fit under it (I am only 5ft 2 and my partner 6ft had no choice but to have baths) Kitchen facilities are a bit basic too, everything looked dirty, no tea towel etc. It's okay for a night but long-term this would've got on my nerves

10/10 - one of the best places in Europe i have stayed

My partner and I were doing a European tour and found this apartment whilst looking for a stay in Monaco. It was Superb! The host was exceptional, we had clear checking in instructions and he was on hand 24/7 on WhatsApp if we needed anything. The apartment is a 7 minute walk to the harbour of Monaco. The apartment was fantastic, it had everything we needed and had plenty of room to relax. We enjoyed our stay that much we extended for an additional night, we are already planning our return trip for the summer.

Nicely furnished, clean, well located, extremely noisy

The apartment is nice decorated. The dishwasher and washer on the premises were perfect. The manager - Valeria - was communicating easily and tried to fix issues like missing sheets, pillows, towel... etc

*We booked for 4 ppl. There were only sheets for 2 and 3 towels ready for 4 of us when we arrived. Later in the night we also found out there were no pillows. (all fixed next day by the manager) *There are only 4 water glasses, 4 cups for 4 people to use. Not a single wine glass. No toaster. *There are no curtains to cover the light from the street lamp coming directly to the room. *The noise level was AWFUL, there was a party upstairs till 5 am on Thursday/Friday night. NIGHTMARE. What a horrible experience....

L’appartamento è molto carino e stilato, moderno e confortevole. Ho deciso di fare il viaggio di due giorni a Monaco per mio compleanno. Il proprietario è molto gentile, disponibile e premuroso. Mi ha girato via WhatsApp tutte le informazioni necessarie dal check-in e check out , parcheggio e in più i consigli dei locali dintorni. Dentro l’appartamento c’era tutto necessario come bollitore, sapone asciugamani, puliti, lenzuola frigo, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, fono e ferro da stiro, Wi-Fi gratis. Riscaldamento e aria condizionata facile da usare che si può impostare la temperatura piacevole a me personalmente è piaciuto tanto che check out era alle 11 non alle nove o alle 10 che così potevamo riposare un pochino di più e con calma effettuare il nostro check out l’unico mio dispiacere era che verso le otto di mattina. Inquilini dall’appartamento di sopra hanno fatto un rumore esagerato. Abbiamo capito che stavano facendo loro check out e stavano preparando le valigie. Ci siamo svegliate con un rumore esagerato ma questa non è colpa di proprietario assolutamente. Forse io metterei qualche regola o richiesta gentile per tutti inquilini di non disturbare gli ospiti per il resto mi è piaciuto tantissimo e ho tornerei ancora molto volentieri Salvo per me questo contatto perché oltre il comfort è disponibilità mi è piaciuto che il proprietario è stato molto carino di ricordare che era il mio compleanno e mi ha fatto gli auguri. Sono contenta lo consiglio. ❤️🥰

El sofá cama estaba roto y nos encontramos un colchón en el suelo para dormir sin previo aviso. La bañera no tenia cortina ni mampara, así q teníamos q ducharnos con mucho cuidado.

Le canapé lit cassé non signalé à l’avance alors que connu par le propriétaire. Pas d’intimité dans la salle de bain. Tout le monde peut vous voir à travers la porte vitrée. La douche n’a pas de rideau. Cuvette des wc et pommeau de douche qui ne tiennent pas bien.

Tolles, ansprechendes Design. Die Lage war super, um Monaco zu Fuß zu erkunden. Einfache und schnelle Kommunikation.

Sowohl in der Schlafnische als auch „unten“ in der Wohnung schläft man auf Matratzen, die direkt auf dem Boden liegen und somit sehr flach sind. Sie sind recht bequem aber nichts für Menschen, die einen höheren Bettausstieg benötigen. An der ein oder anderen Stelle müssten Dinge wieder festgeschraubt werden (z.b. Füße vom Sofa, Duschkopfhalterung, WC Sitz,…).

Monaco, c’est incroyable, mais l’appartement n’est pas bien du tout

Logement pas du tout correct, salle de bain avec une porte ouverte qui ne ferme elle ne s’ouvre pas du tout une grande poussière à l’intérieur, mais bon nous on est resté un seul nuit, on était là-bas pour visiter Monaco et pas pour dormir 😉

L'emplacement et le logement en général. Il est spacieux et bien agencé.

Quelques petits points que nous avons signalés au gestionnaire. S'ils sont résolus, et je pense qu'ils vont l'être, je n'aurai rien à écrire dans cette case.

La localisation avec commerces à proximité, la décoration, l'accès autonome,...

L'isolation, bruyant la nuit dans la rue, et dans le couloir. Le propreté des draps qui ne semblaient pas très propres, ne sentaient pas la lessive.. Le canapé lit très joli mais pas très confortable.. Le chauffage difficile à régler et soufflant sur ceux qui dorment dans le salon. A mon avis appartement plus adapté pour 2 que pour 4 😉

Leuke ingerichte flat, goede airco, groot appartement.

Douchen kan niet normaal, want dat is de hele badkamer nat (geen afscherming). Verder is alles redelijk oud als je dichterbij kijkt, zoals afgebroken/geen hendels in de keuken en een beschadigde toilet. Overall niet echt iets ergs, maar dat zien je niet op de foto’s. Parkeerplaats zijn er maar 2 voor 8 appartementen, dus 5 min lopen voor een parkeergarage.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartement alles vorhanden was man braucht, Klimaanlage im Sommer gut vorkühlen. Monaco mit einigen Treppen ist gut von hier zu erwandern. Die Strassen echt eng, Parkplatz am besten direkt mitbuchen.
