The access to the apartment was very easy. I received a detailed description with photos where to find the keybox, how to open etc. The owner is extremely helpful, whatever I asked, I got immediate answer.
The place is close to Monaco, but be aware: 250 stairs. The bus stop is in front of the house, although not very frequent. The apartment is nice and cosy, we liked very much the two terraces. I really appreciated the bathroom supplies.

The property was very clean and well served with all necessary appliances. The spaces were quite large and comfortable for three people and everything worked well.
The property is located at the top of numerous sets of stairs and I don’t think it was extremely clear that was the case. But once we figured out how lifts and escalators worked it all worked well and location was actually ideal and well connected with everything.

Posizione ottima, 8 minuti a piedi dal Casino di Montecarlo, discesa con scale e risalita possibile con Bus n.13 dal Casino in direzione Tenao. Bel terrazzo vista mare e tutte le comodità. Garage privato. Torneremo.

Pour moi j ai un gros doute au niveau du ménage avant notre arrivée et c est dommage au vu des commentaires que j ai lu...😣
Il y avait enormement de cheveux dans les angles et de poils...surtout salon chambre et salle de bain pas très propre surtout avec des enfants.
J ai très peu dormi car il y a pas mal de bruit( voisin du haut+ passage voiture et scooters) et ce bruit de ventilation qui m a beaucoup gêné...
Peut être faciliter la récupération des clés et la remise dans la boite
Un porte manteau serait le bienvenu ainsi qu un tapis pour le salon et une petite table basse
Une lumière plus apaisante et douce pour le salon
Les toilettes à refixer je pense
Manque d un plan de travail pour la cuisine
Un petit chauffage d appoint
Il n y avait pas de mouchoirs a notre arrivée
Les plaques vitro nettoyées grossièrement
