A good valued, well appointed cozy apartment in quiet Beausoleil.

Excellent Communication from Host. Apt had everything you needed and you got clear instructions emailed on how it all worked. Great shower, and amenities are modern. Fairly quiet area in terms of street noise.

It is on the first floor with only stairs so a bit of a challenge with heavier suitcases on way up.

Well located but not for longer stays

- Location: Very close to Monte Carlo train station and good for experiencing Beausoleil and Monaco by walking - Ambiente: Modern design of the flat - Possibility to close shutters for more privacy - Host: Matthieu is very nice and fast in replies

- The rooms and kitchen equipment need a detailed clean-up - Furniture and flat need maintenance (mold, water damage, broken equipment, drains very slow) - When airing we recognized a strong smell from outside which might be due to drain pipes above the window of the sleeping room. Without aircon inside this was a struggle for us

We were a short walk from all amenities which made for a great location to enjoy Monaco & Monte Carlo. It was a perf

Newly renovated to a high standard, warm and cosy. Its north facing so nice and cool in the hot weather, but well heated so never cold even if the weather gets cold. Everything provided and all new. Very clean.

Main entrance not as pretty as the apartment, but not an issue really.

Joli appartement central, très proche de Monaco et de la gare SNCF et des transports en commun.

Appartement bien agencé et assez central, dans un quartier calme. L'appartement est joliment décoré, avec une cuisine très bien équipée. Une jolie chambre séparée, avec salle de douche attenante. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

Le matelas du lit était un peu fatigué. On s'enfonce un peu sur le milieu. Le tiroir sous le lavabo ne fermait pas à cause de la bonde qui était mal installée. Nous l'avons signalé au propriétaire qui nous a dit qu'il s'en chargerait après notre départ. Les murs sont assez fins car par exemple, on entend très fort les bruit d'aspirateur des voisins. A part ça, aucun autre désagrément.

Appartement bien assez cher, pour pas assez de confort

L’endroit était très calme le soir le lieu était sympa on entendait pas les voisins dans leur appartement

La salle de bain n’est pas accessible pour quatre personnes qui ne se connaissent pas. L’appartement était bien, mais le seul problème il faisait trop chaud à l’intérieur, même avec les ventilateurs.

Scomodo ,quartiere degradato,vista sul tetto del vicino, appartamento assolutamente non adatto per 4 persone ma max 2 persone, foto per prenotare non reali e non va bene questo,non c è tavolo per mangiare e le sedie...appartamento solo per dormire 2 persone max. Sono stato costretto a fare colazione e mangiare fuori sempre.....deluso e dire poco.

Gut gedacht schlecht gemacht.

Die Zentrale Lage und das einchecken. Das Doppelzimmer ist mit einer Schiebetür getrennt. Es gibt alles zum Kochen und eine Waschmaschine.

Wo soll ich da bloß anfangen?! 1.) Eingangstüre Schloß defekt. 2.) Keine Möglichkeit zum Parken. Nicht einmal zum aus.- bzw. Einladen. 3.) Der Boden in der kleinen Wohnung ist total ramponiert. 4.) Es gab kein Toilettenpapier (zum Glück hatten wir welches dabei) 5.) Das Besteck, die Gläser und Teller waren alle verschmutzt. 6.) Es ist sehr hellhörig und morgens fangen die Firmen nebenan zu arbeiten an. Bohren, flexen und laute unterhaltungen waren an der Tagesordnung. 7.) Das Bad hatte oben viel Schimmel. Die Toilette ist in einem anderen Raum als das Waschbecken. 8.) Die Aussicht aus den Fenstern ist ganz schlimm. Siehe Bilder 9.) Lichtschalter in der Toilette fällt aus der Wand. 10.) Das Schlafsofa knarrt sehr laut. Nichts für Liebespaare. Ich würde hier nicht mehr übernachten wollen.
