Stressful

Apartment was satisfactory apart from the location

We chose this because it had garage parking but the owner did not supply the remote for the garage. It took several texts and 3 days before we were able to leave the garage after a resident let us in. Responses from Amelia were appalling At one point she didn’t seem to know what apartment we were in or who we were!!

The place was great. Clean, spacious, and had parking. The parking garage has small parking spaces; therefore, please be mindful of the size of your car. It had a kitchen with a full-size fridge, which allowed us to take leftovers home. This came in handy on one night when we were tired and just wanted to get home. Everything was spot on, and, based on my research, it was fantastic value.

The location, value, and apartment were very nice. The apartment is on a hill. We enjoyed walking down to the restaurants and the water, and we used the walks as exercise since most of them contained hills!

Rather look for a different apartment

Apartment is within walking distance of Monaco as well as the train station through which other cities can easily be reached

The apartment is in need of some maintenance and unfortunately this led to significant inconvenience during our stay. The warm / cold tap in the shower does not work and as such you can't adjust the water temperature, the fridge could not close properly and as such didn't work, the aircon in the living room doesn't work and the bed is extremely noisy if one just makes the slightest move which wakes you up. The host is also not responsive and only when contacted by booking.com did they respond to our concerns.

The owners are very helpful, everything was prepared, it was a very nice, clean place. They even had the coffee ready for me. Its 30 minutes walk to Fair area. Finding a taxi is difficult.

Très bon séjour

Emplacement très bon , 15/20 mins a pied du Casino Petite astuce pour rentrer,passez par la Gare ( 4 escalators plus un ascenseur qui remonte de 14 étages,vous serait plus qu'a 450m de l'appartement. Une place de parking assez grande La clim un plus non négligeable. Appartement bien agencée et fonctionnel

La TV du séjour et à la ramasse (elle rame c'est infernal) Télécommande du décodeur TV HS , impossible de regarder les chaînes TV Pas de bols dans la cuisine ( mon fils n'a pas pu déjeuner c'est dommage ) Ce sont des détails rien de bien grave

Petit appartement moderne, propre et confortable, décoré avec goût et situé dans un quartier calme. Les instructions fournies pour l'arrivée sont complètes, précise et très claires. Très appréciable : la place de parking dans un garage privé en dessous de l'immeuble. Rapport qualité/prix excellent !

Il est souhaitable qu'il ne se produise pas le moindre problème pendant le séjour car l'hôte ne répond pas aux messages, ni via booking, ni par e-mail. Nous n'avons pas essayé de téléphoner car notre souci n'était pas grave (ennui avec la TV), mais il faut espérer que l'hôte réponde au téléphone en cas de problème sérieux...

Mi-a plăcut faptul ca a fost inclusa parcarea.

Nu a mers internetul. Una dintre AC a fost defecta. Am sunat proprietarul insa nu a venit nimeni sa o repare, am fost nevoiți sa încercăm sa o reparam noi. Cablul TV nu funcționa. La dus nu era decât apă fierbinte. Când am sunat proprietarul in legatura cu problemele a doua oara nu a mai răspuns. Apartament mic pentru 4 persoane, in poze pare mult mai mare.

Der Schlüssel war bei der Ankunft nicht an dem angegebenen Platz. Wifi war über zwei Tage nicht mehr verfügbar, da es dann schon zum Ende des Aufenthalts war, hat sich auch niemand mehr darum gekümmert. ☹️

Magnifique appartement bien situé

Parfait, rien à dire. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Appartement idéalement bien placé, propre, très bien décoré avec goût. Le plus, capsules de café à disposition ainsi que le nécessaire pour se débrouiller pour plusieurs jours. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, allez y sans problème ☺️
