Location

The wifi wasn’t named correctly and it was on/ off. But the worse was the bathroom smell. Bathroom is located in bedroom, and it stinks like something died inside. Once you open the door, you feel like you want to throw up. Plus, it’s all over the appartment. When I contacted the landlord and asked to swich rooms, he said not possible. He also acted like it’s first time he heard anout it. Check previous reviews, many people mentioned it. I asked for a refund to find a new accomedantion, it took him a while to respond and he offered refund which was not great. He sent someone to have a look, the person was late, and all he did was, he gave a new diffiser on the sink to help the smell. Not helpfull at all. Also, a lots of mould in the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend. Not even if you planning to be around and just to come back to sleep as the smell won’t allow you to sleep. I also saw a review while I was there that previous person saw a cockroach, another reason to keep you awake.

All in all the bathroom of the apartment was disappointing.

Living room was big.

The bathroom had a very strong unpleasant smell, and it was really disturbing because the bathroom was in the bedroom. Bathroom door was hard to close, it was also hard to flush the toilet/toilet papers.

The comunication and guide to find the key was good also the tips about the place that the anfitrion send it was a good idea but I was for business so I couldn´t enjoy too much.

The appartment it wasn´t really clean you could see some hair in the shower, dust in the furnitures. The tv on the living room it wasn´t work . The check out time you should mention before, at the time of booking, 10.00am it was too early for me I had the flight at 19.00. It would be helpful to have a storage space to leave the luggage for example. The light in the corridor it takes so short time that I couldn´t open the door with light never.

Great location, nice stay

The location is perfect, few elevators and you're in Monaca marina. Beautiful interior, enough for a family of four. Very fast communication with the host in case of any problems.

It wasn't cleaned perfectly, it was ok, but there was some dust around the corners, also a lot of it under the heating device (although it was probably not used since the winter til now), toilet and shower could have used some more attention probably. There were no information on how to start heating but I must say the owner helped immediately after contacting him

Great Airbnb Apartment in walking distance to Monaco for a reasonable price.

This apartment is made for Airbnb, it includes everything in a decent quality. Very smooth communication and easy access to building / key. Very strong Wifi. Good location and walking distance to Monaco. Hairdryer available. Kitchen equipemnt is sufficient for a small, basic meal.

Little things to improve: - Pillows are from Polyester. - Shampoo smells like super sweet candy. - Check out at 10:00. 11:00 would be nice.

Location was great. Clean little one bedroom flat with a sofa bed in the kitchen living room. Easy check-in process.

This place definitely need an air conditioning. As this flat can get really hot. There are 2 fans but fan doesn't do much in the summer. We tried opening the windows the place filled up with Mosquito my kids and myself skin pierce by these fly . Very uncomfortable. In the evening untill 12 midnight out side the flat can get really noisy as car/ motorbike racing awy in this tiny road. There isn't bin liner iswell. Toilet door doesn't shut. Apart from these issues the rest was OK.

Pulizie assolutamente da rivedere

Abbastanza vicino al parcheggio e istruzioni chiare per arrivare alla stanza, il proprietario risponde in fretta, abbiamo avuto una piccola difficoltà e l’abbiamo risolta subito.

Pulizie molto molto scarse: il pavimento era sporco, nel lavandino abbiamo trovato un pelo e persino sul lavello della cucina accanto alla spugna, la spugna era già stata utilizzata precedentemente e le stoviglie non erano sufficienti per 4 persone (per esempio solo 3 piatti fondi e una pentola troppo piccola, nessuna tazzina da caffè). Muffa nel bagno e in alcuni punti della camera da letto, odore di muffa molto forte soprattutto nel bagno e nella camera (nel bagno si sentiva un forte odore di scarico tipo bagno pubblico e lo sciacquone non scarica per niente bene). In cucina non era presente neanche un rotolo di carta o tovaglioli ma solo uno strofinaccio per i piatti. Soltanto due sgabelli per 4 persone! Abbiamo dovuto mangiare seduti in terra al tavolo di vetro davanti al divano-letto. Di asciugamani piccoli ne era presente uno solo e noi eravamo in quattro, ne avremo gradito uno a testa. Non c’era sapone né per le mani né bagnoschiuma ma solo sapone per i piatti (solo perché viene richiesto di lavarli prima del check out). La televisione non funziona, abbiamo persino cambiato le pile al telecomando perché scariche. La maniglia della porta completamente ingestibile, siamo rimasti chiusi dentro più volte a cercare di aprire la porta per svariati minuti. I termosifoni erano pieni di polvere ma fortunatamente non c’è stato bisogno di utilizzarli. Io capisco il prezzo basso rispetto alle strutture dei dintorni ma non significa che la pulizia debba essere trascurata, se avessimo trovato un ambiente ‘profumato’ e più pulito avremo sicuramente sorvolato su alcune problematiche tra cui la mancanza di due sedie data la breve permanenza. Nel complesso la struttura non è male ma la risoluzione del problema del bagno e la migliore gestione della pulizia potrebbero migliorare.

Ok per soggiorni di una notte

Posizione ottima, istruzioni chiare della proprietà e appartamento internamente ristrutturato.

Forte odore di muffa nella doccia (il bagno è piccolo, senza finestre e il lavandino si trova nella camera da letto). Chiedere di lavare i piatti e di portare l’immondizia mi sembra irragionevole considerato il prezzo. Inoltre molti bicchieri al nostro arrivo erano sporchi.

Tout le confort est là mais bruyant, la salle de bain est pas top, la wifi ne marche pas. Et la rénovation pourrait être refaite. Mais l’emplacement est top, c’est propre et il est bien équipé. Le personnel est très prévenant.

Me gustó la ubicación y el apartamento en si, es bonito y cómodo. El precio es excepcional, de echo volveré a Mónaco por que este alojamiento permite económicamente su visita durante varios días. El anfitrión fue rápido en enviar la información.

El edificio por fuera no es atractivo, incluso cuando iba caminando por la calle y vi la fachada, pensé que era imposible que fuera allí el apartamento, parece un edificio un poco en ruinas, falta rehabilitación de la fachada.
