Perfect Stay in Monte Carlo

Les explications pour récupérer les clés étaient erronées Il a fallu près de deux heures pour qu’une personne arrive à nous envoyer une vidéo pour trouver la boîte à clés Nous étions arrivés à 19h et avons réussi à trouver les clés à 20h45 après de nombreux appels auprès de la société de location

Pozitív volt a kilátás, jó helyen van a lakás, mérete és ára is kedvező volt.

Igazából sok sebből vèrzett a lakás. 5 éjszakát tartozkodtunk a lakásban és 3 éjszakát fűtetlen lakásban voltunk. Ami bántott, hogy a tulaj tudta, hogy probléma van a fűtéssel, már az előző lakó jelezte, amit mi később tudtunk meg. Így nem lett volna szabad kiadnia a lakást, vagy azonnali megoldást kellett volna találnia, minimum egy hősugárzót vagy olajradiátort beszerezni. 3 éjszaka után, amikor már meg voltunk fázva és átfázva voltunk, több email küldése után kaptunk 2 olajradiátort. Nem fáztunk többet, de nem a végén kellett volna megjelennie a megoldásnak. Sport versenyre mentünk, a teljesítményünk nagyon romlott, megfázás következményében a fűtetlen lakás miatt (13-14 fok lehetett maximum). Egy házigazdának ilyet nem lehetett volna hagynia, főleg, hogy tudta, hogy nem működik a fűtés. Köszönjük a fűtőtestet, de sajnos nagyon késon érkezett meg. Más hibákat leírnék még, hogy valós képet kapjunk a lakásról, ne vakon higgyünk az elbűvölő képeknek. Az ágyneműk, lepedő, edények nem voltak tiszták, így az első nap egy takarítással kezdődött. A kilincsek lógtak a levegőben, így nem lehetett becsukni az ajtókat, a fürdőszobában ez kellemetlen volt. A szellőztető állandóan ment, búgott, nem lehett tőle aludni, se kikapcsolni sem. (Non-stop). Első nap megérkezéskor nem volt ott a kulcs a megbeszélt helyen, 1 órát kellet várni (hosszú, kimerítő utazás után). A falak is eléggé koszosak voltak. A fürdőben a csapból nem folyt le a víz, csak sok idő után. Rossz szagok voltak a lakásban, szerintem a szellőzető nem jól működött. Nagyon jó helyen van a lakás, szép a kilátás. Vannak pozitívumok, de nagyon helyre kellene pofozni, mert így nem 8.6 hanem olyan 6.8 pontot érdemel ez a lakás.

Magique Monté Carlo

Très grand appartement bien équipé, avec belle vue sur la mer et panorama exceptionnel. Appartement non chauffé et une ventilation affichée à 30° et impossible de chauffer cet appartement. Propreté laissant à désirer, couettes tachées, salle d'eau mal nettoyée avec paroies de douche recouvertes de traces de coulures et de calcaire, et ménage au sol aléatoire, lavabo bouché et remontée d'odeur d'égout très désagréable, poignée de porte de salle de bain ne tenant que par une vis. Porte d'entrée avec beaucoup de passage d'air froid y compris au sol. En conclusion c'est dommageable car le quartier est très sympathique avec tous les services de proximité et l'appartement est bien situé non loin du centre de Monté Carlo et de Monaco à pieds en quelques minutes. Nous y reviendrons en espérant quelques améliorations. Merci car il ne faut pas grands changements pour que cette location devienne une pépite. P.S. Le service de mise à disposition du bien a été trop complexe à réaliser et les réponses tardives concernant l'accès au boîtier sécurisé pour obtenir les clés a été compliqué car aucune réponse téléphonique n'a été possible (plus de 1 heure d'attente dans la rue avec fourniture d'un code d'accès au numéro 6 juste à côté ce qui a provoqué l'agacement certains résidants)

La propreté et la non possibilité de chauffer l'appartement.

Une réservation compliquée !

L’emplacement géographique. À proximité du casino, facile de remonter à l’appartement grâce a une série d’excalators. L’appartement est,spacieux, calme et lumineux. Vue sur la mer de la chambre principale et un peu de la cuisine. À noter que l’appartement est situé au troisième étage sans ascenseur. Pas un problème pour nous qui avions des petites valises.

L’appartement est géré par une société étrangère La procédure de Check in qui se fait en ligne et où il faut scanner ses pièces d’identité alors que Beausoleil est en France . Ils nous avaient également demandé de payer les taxes de séjour, alors qu’elles étaient incluses dans le prix et donc payées à Booking. Booking a dû intervenir. Nous avons reçu les codes d’accès seulement quelques heures avant car j.ai pu les contacter par message sur WhatsApp, ils ne répondent jamais au téléphone. Même Booking n’a pas pu les joindre Le terme de Luxury pour cet appartement n’est pas approprié. Les prestations et l’entretien général du bien laissent beaucoup à désirer. Par exemple, la porte de la salle de bain est très sale, ainsi que les joints de la douche. Les portes ne ferment pas , car les poignées ne sont que d’un seul côté!!! Impossible de communiquer en français, ils ne parlent qu’anglais, espagnol et italien, alors que le bien est situé en France.
