In a recent secure residence with 24/7 reception 50 meters from the center of Monaco, magnificent furnished apartment with lots of storage space, independent kitchenette, bathroom with separate WC, sleeping area, loggia terrace.
Outdoor swimming pool on the roof terrace with deckchairs and 360 ° sea view over the Principality of Monaco and the mountains (in season: April to September included).
Close to the Monaco casino and the beaches.
Typical local market, mini-market, bakeries and several restaurants in the building and nearby.
Monaco Grand-Prix circuit accessible on foot (Casino: 5 minutes-S from the Pool: 10 minutes-Stands and Paddock: 15 minutes).
Grimaldi Forum: 10 minutes on foot.

A great apartment on the border of Monaco. The casino is just a few hundred meters away. It has everything you need.

Amazing apartment with close location to main spots but also quiet enough - away from the loud cars. Nice rooftop pool. Not fancy but very useful after a long hot day. Air conditioning is sub par but works. I would ask the owner to provide 2 fans as well. I loved the large outdoor balcony for meals. It was a very comfortable stay. Not glamorous but very comfy. The supermarket down stairs and large outdoor market were very handy!!

Absolutely LOVED our stay in Christian's apartment. It was close to everything including bus and train. Two grocery stores were right below apartment, along with restaurants and vendors. Casino square was a couple blocks away. This place is a 10* for location! The apartment had everything we needed including a large covered deck - but it was cool while we were there, so it wasn't used. The kitchen was well equipped and loved the coffee machine. The ONLY drawback was the bed and linens. After walking all day, we needed some good rest and the bed was hard and pillows flat. A little attention to that area and this place would be an all-around 10*.

We had a lovely stay at this property on a little getaway following our wedding. The flat is exactly as it appears online, and perfect for a stay as a couple. It's well-equipped, with everything you need to stay, and the little kitchen allows for a limited amount of home cooking during your stay. Finding the flat at first was a little confusing - though it is privately owned, you access the property via the ApartHotel reception and take two different lifts to get there. But the provided instructions were clear and we worked it out easily enough. Personally I think we'd have struggled to comfortably fit more than two people in the property, especially when it comes to the kitchen, which is quite tight. But there were four sets of chairs, cutlery, pillows etc. to make use of if you stayed as a larger group. The flat is just a few minutes' walk from the Monte Carlo Casino, and an easy walk down to the Monaco waterfront. There's a small supermarket downstairs, and lots of bars and restaurants within easy reach. The rooftop pool is small, but perfect for a quick dip in hot weather. Though it was fairly busy at some points, we never struggled to find loungers or make a little space for ourselves. Christian was very friendly and responsive to all of our queries, including allowing us to check in early. Overall, a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The location was great for my son who loves car spotting at the casino and there were restaurants (many Indian) in the immediate vicinity. We really liked that there was a grocery store below so we could make some meals at the house. The only limitation was that there was no oven for cooking and no dryer to dry clothes. We rented a car, but we could walk everywhere (beach, casino, restaurants) so it wasn't even necessary except for day trips to Cannes and Eze.

I had a great stay! Apartment was big, clean and as described. The location was good and the check in / check out process super easy. The only minor downside is that the air conditioning does not cool the apartment very much, but that didn't bother me.

Christian and Karen were very friendly and helpful. Their apartment was in an ideal location for us. Close to the beach, casino, food shops etc. We were very comfortable there. The pool area was never very busy, we always managed to get sun beds. We look forward to returning to their apartment in the future! Thank you!
