The view is wonderful, but only as long as you stay inside the house.

It was clean and confortable. It was quite a beautiful view.

Since it is located on the main street, there is constant traffic noise. While sitting on the balcony, your conversations are drowned out by the sound of vehicles. Transportation to the house is quite limited. Even though the beach isn’t very far, the steep uphill makes walking practically impossible. As a result, the only option is taking a taxi, and since the taxi app often malfunctions, the wait for a ride can become very long. Taxis are quite expensive. You have to pay €25-35 to get from the house to the marina and another €25-35 to return. Just the taxi fares alone cost around €300–350 for a 5-day stay. Overall, I don’t find the location convenient for work-related purposes. On top of that, we missed an important detail when booking: the house has no Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the host was unwilling to provide one, which forced us to spend extra money just to have internet access.

Superbe vue mer et casino de Monaco. Quelques petits bémols dans le logement...

Nous avons été très bien reçus lors de notre arrivée. L'emplacement était bien, sur la moyenne corniche. Superbe vue sur mer et sur le casino de Monaco. Le hall de la résidence où nous logions était toujours impeccable. Bel appartement de style italien avec du marbre au sol et sur les murs de la salle d'eau. Ce qui était très appréciable était le parking sous-terrain (nous avions 2 places), donc pas de problème pour se garer.

Le logement se trouve sur la moyenne corniche, où le passage des voitures est abondant (donc beaucoup de bruit, et les effluves des pots d'échappement remontent. Les tapis du logement n'étaient pas très propres : tapis dans la pièce à vivre et petit tapis dans la cuisine. Lorsque nous avons voulu nous doucher, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Visiblement, le mode automatique ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons dû mettre le cumulus en marche forcée et attendre 2 heures que l'eau chaude arrive.

La vue est exceptionnelle, l’appartement est bien fait, il a tout ce qu’il faut et la personne qui s’occupe de l’appart’, est très agréable et disponible
