Excellent apartment. Great location. Great communication

Very clean and close to everything we wanted to see/ go to. Brilliant features for people to use when they’re staying there ( washing machine, cooker/ hob, fridge, fan, iron, ironing board coffee/tea maker- although we didn’t use these) Excellent communication with the host

If I had to choose something, I’d say the view from the window- but we only used the apartment to sleep and shower

Convenient apartment but very hot inside and a bit smelly from the drain.

Nice renovated apartment, fairly spacious.

No fan or aircon so the apartment was very hot inside, drains in shower smell bad, window opens onto a neighbouring rooftop which someone can climb onto easily so I didn't feel safe leaving the window open to get fresh air into the apartment.

It’s ok if you travel with just one person.

The location is really good, right near Monaco.

The photos made it look like it was bigger and when we got there, we were a bit disappointed about the size of the apartment, but for 3 persons, it was ok. The shower was a bit dirty and the drawer from the sink had a lot of hair on it i don t know why😂

No lift. Not clean.

No elevator. It was extremely fun to carry two heavy suitcases, climbing stairs. Not properly cleaned. Found hairs both in the bathroom and kitchen.

The place is nothing like the pictures this is why i cancelled my reservation. I didn't receive a refund because I booked with non refundable and I canceled at the day of checking in.

Odbiór kluczy - dostęp do lokalu, bez zastrzeżeń. Lokalizacja - super, wyposażenie - wystarczające.

Nie jest zaskoczeniem, że przy takiej konfiguracji mieszkania może być problem z odpływem wody. Problem jest. Tak więc istnieje nieprzyjemny zapach z odpływu wody, ale nie sądzę, żeby właściciele mieli na to wpływ.

Прочла отзывы и в принципе ожидала того что и увидела, завышенных ожиданий у меня не было. Из-за того что квартира маленькая то хозяева продумали и расставили предмети мебели и технику с умом и рационально, всё было удобно и хорошо организовано. Чистота была на высоте! Помимо всего есть тостер, кофемашина и стиральная машина с функцией сушилки (очень удобно). Был гель для душа и шампунь, туалетная бумага, даже был чай, 3 капсулы для кофемашины и сахар. Расположение хорошее: 5 минут до вокзала а также 5 минут до магазина продуктового, ну и совсем рядом до Монако (практически на границе). Мне и двоим моим детям было нормально по пространству, если будет больше людей то возможно будет тесно.

Уединение это не про эти апартаменты: слышимость очень высокая, в соседней квартире слышно всё от дел в туалете до диалога по телефону. У нас не было Wi-Fi, просто не было указанной владельцем сети. Владелец давал инструкции по моему мобильному интернету, в чате, чтобы я Wi-Fi настраивала сама, но у нас так и не вышло использовать интернет по Wi-Fi потому что я по итогу к роутеру подключилась и он уже был в сети НО БЕЗ доступа в интернет! Потом мой сын случайно подключился к Wi-Fi в соседних апартаментах и мы пользовались чужим Wi-Fi несколько дней. А потом и тот Wi-Fi исчез, но благо мы должны были уезжать уже на следующий день. Телевизоры тоже не смогли включить видимо по той же причине что не было интернет сети. В одно утро пропала на время вода, что заставило нас понервничать. В квартире очень душно и жарко, квартира находится впритык с крышей соседнего дома, крыша нагревалась и грела дополнительно квартиру. А теперь "вишенка на торте": через неделю после нашего отъезда мне пришло письмо что апартаменты запросили у меня 89.99 евро за сломанный вентилятор. Вентилятор был старый и мы им пользовались, но в таком же рабочем и техническом состоянии при нашем выезде его и оставили. Я до сих пор в недоумении что это было, может быть такой дополнительный способ заработка...

Calme et fonctionnel, pas loin du centre

L'emplacement commode pour accéder au centre-ville, le confort global de l'appartement, le calme (les fenêtres donnent sur un toit).

L'absence de porte pour les WC, les chaises trop basses pour la table, la mauvaise insonorisation de l'immeuble.

Superbe appartement. Bien équipé, bien situé. Spacieux pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Insonorisation à revoir et oreillers très très épais et durs sinon tout le reste parfait.

L’appartement était bien mais pas neuf comme le m’avez dit la personne responsable et pas tout à fait conforme à la photo. Un logement un peu humide qui sent l’humidité … La douche ne ferme pas avec les battants .. l’accès est très bien et on est vite ds le centre de Monaco .

Papiertücher haben gefehlt. Hockerstühle sind kaputt, man sitz auf die Schraube drauf und die Stühle sind nicht verstellbar.
