Basic apartment close to Monaco

Apartment was close to a great Asian restaurant, Patisserie, pizza place and grocery store. Apartment was basic but ok for short stay. No toaster in kitchen, but other essentials were provided including a coffee pod machine (nespresso pods - not provided). Sofa bed was large with bedding provided.

No basic supplies provided such as paper towel or sponge/cloth for washing up. No toaster! Huge walk uphill from Monaco marina (excellent for step count)

Fabulous stay

Fabulous property, great location. Clean and comfortable. The bed was very good. Shower was superb. We’d definitely book this place again

The sofa bed definitely does not fit 2 people, however the owner did send another mattress very quickly. I think this is the only reason for not giving a 10/10 as we did have a panic when we arrived

Greta apartment for 2-3 people family

Location is great, had everything we need. The only moment is sofa bed is very small, not suitable for two people. We were 4 and had very hard time to sleep on it. Super small and rock hard sofa. I would recommend to offer this apartment only for groups of 2-3 people, not more. Otherwise apartment is beautiful.

Lovely clean spacious apartment near to Monte Carlo

Location was good . Supermarket near to the residence. Transport links both for buses and trains within walking distance. Lovely spacious modern apartment. Separate bedroom with a comfy bed and a walk in shower in the bathroom. Excellent air conditioning , very welcome as it was very hot during our stay.

There was no towel rail in the toilet & wash basin room.

Great, clean, safe and and excellent experience!

We had such a great stay at this apartment. Everything was just as it looked online and it was very clean. Situated in a lovely, quiet little village in Monaco and within walking distance to the train station. Communication with the owner was super easy as well. Would highly recommend staying here if you want to stay and explore the rest of the coast.

I had a fabulous time in this apartment and I am looking forward to returning there in the future.

A very clear instruction on getting to the property and the overall ease of the process. Each step of the way has been explained very clearly.

The only thing that could be improved was the cleaning. Overall, the apartment was very neat, but the bathroom floors and kitchen counter could have used an extra wipe before making the apartment available to tenants.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The property is newly refurbished .It was clean and extremely comfortable. It was in a great location for Monaco , The Port , Monte Carlo., The train station . Everywhere was very accessible . There was a supermarket just down the road and a lovely Portuguese Bakery a little further down. and lots of restaurants down in Monaco. ( 10 minutes walk via the lifts) Nothing was too much trouble. Maxime was extremely attentive, anything we needed was dealt with straight away. Nickolay was a great help too. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you.

New and very clean ,in a great location for a good price. Close to Monaco centre if you use two public elevators just down the street. Nice neighbour with a cute little dog who helped us to find the right address , helpful stuff :) I would stay again

Clean, excellent location, 10 minute walk to all the designer stores, poor Wi-Fi, but overall very nice stay.

Walking distance to Monte Carlo casino and Monaco itself… A great location just outside Monaco where you might can pay a bit less but still be close to all the coolness.

I had business meetings and the Wi-Fi is only 1 –3 Mb per second download which is unacceptable. The connection was intermittent at best and if you have business definitely they need to upgrade the Wi-Fi at this property as you cannot do zoom meetings etc.

Posizione ottima appartamento ben ristrutturato, ottima climatizzazione, parcheggio pubblico Victor Hugo vicinissimo. Mollto luminoso e silenzioso. Prezzo ottimo

Il divano letto è per un bambino piccolo . Noi eravamo in 4 , due adulti e due ragazzi di 13 e 15 anni. Il più grande ha dormito a terra , il piccolo sul divano letto ed ha dormito malissimo in quanto l'imbottitura è scarsa. Peccato perché l'appartamento è stupendo con ottimi spazi basterebbe un bel divano letto con un materasso e doghe, così sarebbe perfetto!

modern, sauber und groß bis zum Casino etwa 20 Minuten Fußmarsch bergrunter, zurück berghoch

leider zu klein für vier Personen, es war unmöglich zu zweit auf dem Sofa zu schlafen (auch für zwei Kinder ist es zu klein) so mussten wir zu dritt in einem Bett schlafen. Sofa sollte auf ein größeres ausgetauscht werden. in der Küche keine Geschirrtücher und kein Mülleimer vorhanden

No hay nada k no me gustará, si hubiera de poner una pega es que no conseguimos plaza de parking disponible en el mismo edificio pero nuestro anfitrión nos dijo k a 100 metros del apartamento había un pk más o menos x el mismo precio
