Great place, excellent value for the money and it is basically In Monaco

The place is perfect and I know, because I lived in Monaco for 12 years and I always try to stay now for my visits in this building . And This is the best apartment in this building, you need to consider that there is no view , but I don’t need it, I prefer comfort and new inside, then old and stinky, but With balcony like the other apartments in the same building I stayed. The main bedroom is big and the bed is big and comfortable. The sofa bed is comfortable, the rooms and bathroom are specious, there is a washing machine and dishwasher what is great! Please provide wine opener! ( I can imagine that they got taken sometimes home) They have Crystal wine glasses, what is awesome.

Definitely there need to provide more towels. In the Second bedroom the bed is smaller than 160cm, for me was not a problem .

This property was absolutely perfect for our family during our time in Monaco!

This was the perfect location for our family as it was close to the train station and very easy to get to Princess Grace Dance Academy each day for my daughter. The blackout curtains along with the AMAZING AC made everything absolutely delightful!

Overall nothing really that we would change. On our arrival we went out the wrong door from the train station and ended up walking an EXCEEDINGLY far way up hill and downhill before we made it there (only to find out it was literally a 1 minute walk from the other exit). Google maps was a bit tricky throughout Monaco so I think that is where we went wrong. Perhaps including in the welcome packet something about which exit to take from the train station (again, this was totally our fault for not investigating more ahead of time).

Nice place for vacation

The apartment is clean and well-maintained, conveniently located near the train station and all the main attractions in Monaco. Although it's officially on the 4th floor, its position at the back of the building and the sloped terrain make the windows effectively at ground level. It's a bit dark inside due to the window shutters, but that could actually be a plus for those who prefer a cooler, dimmer space.

The only major downside, in my opinion, is the late check-in time — 5 PM feels quite inconvenient.

Reasonably priced, good for city tour

Check in easy, walk distance to casino

No trash can, no garbage bags, only 2 coffee capsules (but not original & half not good to make machine do coffee), not ready for check in at 1700 local (for private host shall be better than a hotel which usually welcomes at 1500), too many service messages (from US number without clear lead what the download is about), lack of parking (but paid one still close enough), too many reminders (for throwing trash, for quiet hours, etc) but not where to leave the keys…

Posizione comodissima, vicininissima alla Stazione Ferroviaria di Monaco. Dall’appartamento si raggiungono a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni di Monaco. Appartamento accogliente, arredato con gusto e attrezzato di tutto. Eravamo una famiglia di 5 persone ed è stata perfetta. Comunicazioni con host molto veloci: informazioni precise e puntuali.

Le finestre affacciano piano strada (strada interna) ma l’appartamento è molto silenzioso.

Soggiorno di Lavoro

Struttura accogliente e pulita dotata di qualsiasi cosa, cucina, ferro da stiro, lavatrice. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha ha anche fornito una guida di Monaco e numeri di telefono per cibo d’asporto e taxi. Ci tornerei assolutamente.
