Very convenient location of the apartments, next to a grocery store, a pizzeria, and only 15 minutes walk to the Casino de Monte-Carlo! The apartments are very comfortable and cozy. There are all accessories. Birds sing beautifully here in the morning. In general, we really liked this apartment, everything was perfect.

Apartamentul este ingrijit si echipat cu tot ceea ce este necesar; generos ca si spatiu; pozitionat aproape de Monaco, cel putin dupa ce te familiarizezi cu traseul si intelegi scurtaturile aplicabile pana in portul Hercule. Nu am avut contact direct cu gazda, dar indicatiile primite on-line sunt clare si relativ usor de inteles si de aplicat in practica. Per total, avem rugamintea sa acceptati capitolul ”ce nu v-a placut” sub forma de recomandare si in niciun caz ca si critici.

Programul de furnizare a apei calde include doar primele ore ale diminetii. In restul zilei, apartamentul (cladirea) nu face fata si ofera doar apa rece. Parcarea, in limbaj plastic, ”a ramas mica”, in sensul ca intre timp dimensiunile autovehiculelor au crescut si garajul este ingust. Am avut si ghinionul de a avea in fata garajului un autovehicul care era garat cu capota in afara, ceea ce a ingreunat manevrele de parcare. Apartamentul a fost situat pe spate si nu bate soarele aproape deloc.

Espetacular. A proximidade e a rapidez até chegarmos ao Mónaco é incrível. Em 10 minutos a pé estamos no casino.

Tinha imensa arrumação, e tudo o que podemos necessitar para uns dias confortáveis. Localização ótima.

Uma vez que a banheira/chuveiro não tem vidro nem cortina, e a água tem bastante pressão, acabamos por molhar a casa de banho inteira quando tomamos banho. É um ponto a melhorar.

Super séjour loin de l'agitation monégasque

Logement très calme, petite terrasse, parking privé, ropreté des lieux, dosettes café disponibles, quelques condiments disponibles, literie confortable. La conciergerie au top !

Un peu loin du centre de MC (mais du coup très calme...), lumières blanches un peu aggressives pour les yeux, équipement pour cuisiner un peu sommaire. Manque un pare baignoire et un robinet thermostatique :)

ESTANCIA

La ubicación está muy bien, a 5 minutos de Mónaco andando. El piso es muy amplio y está bastante bien cuidado, las instalaciones están muy bien y la plaza de parking está muy bien. La chica muy bien, facilita muchísimo el chek-in y es muy atenta en todo, siempre te está avisando de cualquier cambio y eso se agradece.

El piso estaba sucio, tenía pelos por todos lados, sofá, suelo y la cama también. Tuvimos que pasar el aspirador de nuevo por los pelos y porque habían restos de comida en una esquina pegada al sofá. La cocina estaba bien, pero los cubiertos estaban sucios y tuvimos que lavarlos, los “cojines” de las sillas tuvimos que darles la vuelta que tenían comida incrustada de hace tiempo, el olor del baño era muy desagradable teníamos que cerrar la puerta y la bañera no tenía ninguna cortina ni mampara lo cual dificultaba un poco a la hora de ducharnos porque dejábamos el baño lleno de agua y no teníamos fregona.
