Nice little flat would be perfect with the extra things suggested

Nice little studio flat with a good aircon unit. Close to Monaco/Monte Carlo around a 20 minute downhill walk. I suggest getting a taxi back to the flat as them hills are tiring. pizza shop and a supermarket 5 minute walk. If you have a car there is a car park round the corner of the flats if you’re lucky to get a space then you can park there I used the app to pay my parking. Everything you see in the pictures are exactly how it is. I do recommend it and I would definitely stay here again.

The neighbours in the flats have no respect for people who are sleeping 1am laughing soooo loud and slamming front door waking us up 🙂. Below the flat is a motorbike servicing garage and next door to that is 2 car servicing garages so in the mornings you might be hearing hammers, bangs and pops so you don’t need to set your morning alarm 😆. The top bunk is very hot.. I suggest maybe having a ceiling fan so it circulates the aircon unit through the room as below the bunk bed is nice and cold but above is not. I also suggest having a shower head holder and a little shelf in the shower cubical so it can hold the shampoo bottle instead of putting it on the floor as it’s a very small/tight in there

The studio itself was pleasant and clean. Both mattresses were good.

The main door to the building does not have a lock so anyone can get inside. It felt UNSAFE. We were initially given the wrong PIN number to unlock the key safe. No information was provided about where the key safe was located within the property. Upon calling the owner, he demanded that I send him a video showing the property I was calling him from. Due to a glitch with my Wi-Fi, the video/photo I tried to send to him, did not go through and my battery was running low. The owner was reluctant to provide the details requested, but eventually told us the key safe was inside one of the letterboxes located in the building’s communal area. There were 18 unnumbered/unnamed letter boxes so we had to try and guess which one was the correct one! The other residents were not happy about a bunch of strangers trying to “force open” their letter boxes. When we finally discovered the correct letterbox, we found out that the owner had changed the key safe PIN code he had originally provided us with. Our phone batteries were running low so it was lucky we managed to make a further call/access messages. There was a sign on the building main door and floor indicating that there was some painting work underway but did not specify which surfaces had been painted. My jacket and handbag got ruined with black oil paint as I unknowingly touched the handrail when I bent over in order to dial the key safe code, but the owner did not accept any responsibility. The toxic fumes from the oil paint could be smelt throughout the building and from inside the studio. We were woken up at 8am with drilling work but had not been told that there was some building/maintenance work being carried out in the communal area of the building. The studio in itself is pleasant enough but the owner’s attitude and the catalogue of disasters have dampened our holiday and caused us unnecessary stress.

L'appartement est simple et efficace. Faciles accès au centre de Monaco avec les ascenseurs et escalators. AC qui aide à avoir une bonne temperature. Wifi au top. Hôte sympathique.

Manque de savon pour les mains dans les toilettes. Mais presque aucun appartement que j'ai fait ne l'a pas.

L’appartement est bien situé et desservi par les transports. Studio confortable, propre, toutes les indications sont claires. Arrivée et départ simple. Rien à dire, nous avons passé un excellent séjour :)
