Declared level of accomodation is overvaluated.
To park our bikes directly at the yard.
In the living room not working air condition. The owner asked deposit 200€ when the order was done I didnt recognized such condition. Not cleaned terrace. The size of the house is smaller than it is stated on booking. Living part of the house was approx no more than 100m2 and the rest another 100m2 was terrace. Zoltan

Mittelmäßig, aber günstig für Monaco
Die Villa war für 7 Personen groß genug.
Die Anfahrt war schlecht zu finden. Keine Beleuchtung am Eingang. Schlüssel war in einem Loch in der Mauer. Keine Klimaanlage, Fenster musste geöffnet bleiben dadurch viel Lärm, da große Durchfahrtsstraße direkt daneben, ungepflegte Anlage und viele Baumängel bzw Löcher in Fliesen und total wackliger Toilettendeckel. Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Parkmöglichkeiten katastrophal.

Muy buena ubicación para estar cerca de Mónaco. Excelente terraza con buena vista.. muy cómodo para el grupo familiar que éramos (6 personas)
Todo estuvo bien pero si vas con vehículo grande (una traffic, cómo en nuestro caso) se complica el estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad y dejarlo afuera también. Igualmente nos pudimos arreglar bien pues en Mónaco no utilizamos el vehículo..
