I will return for sure if the balcony has access and the shower floor tiles are replaced.

The location, the bed, the TV, the interior. TV was great with good info and access to Netflix. The sofa and all very comfortable. Lighting was also very good and shower water design. The amenities were also excellent.

The floor in the shower was extremely dangerous. Very slippery. You cannot use wall design tiles for the shower floor. The balcony was blocked for construction so non usable.

It was a perfect fit for me, my wife and our 4 years old son.

Not regarding the flat or the owner, but still relevant: since the building has no elevator and the stairs aren’t exactly stroller-friendly, I’d avoid bringing large models like the ABC Design Salsa 4 or any sibling stroller—it quickly turns into a less funny scenario. Next time, I’ll definitely bring our compact, foldable one instead.

Good location, lovely comfy apartment, 10/10

The apartment was spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable,great shower & Netflix on the tv, short walk to escalators down to the station and St Devout, Host gave clear instructions of how to access the building, for a late arrival.

A Gem in the heart of Monaco!

Excellent Location. Walking distance to everything. Comfortable, modern apartment. It really is like a home away from home. Bed was so comfortable. Host was very attentive. Great communication. We will definitely stay here again. It was perfect.

No complaints! Everything was great for us! Stairs going up to the apartment are steep so might be harder for elderly person or someone with mobility issues.

It was a wonderful stay in a very chic apartment.

The apartment was modern and nicely appointed. Everything we needed was there. The beds (even the sofa bed) were very comfortable. The owner sent very clear instructions for check in and parking, and communication was great.

Most of the things we wanted to see were at least a 15 min walk away and not too many restaurants in the neighborhood for dinner. This wouldn’t have been a big deal except that it was raining so much during our stay. It was unlucky.

L’appartamento è davvero carinissimo, molto pulito, moderno e comodissimo al centro! Il proprietario è stato gentile e preciso nel fornirci le indicazioni per il check-in e, nel corso del soggiorno, molto disponibile a consigliarci strutture e attività diurne e serali. Sicuramente ci torneremo! Lo consiglio!

V době našeho pobytu probíhala rekonstrukce fasády, takže jsme nemohli využít balkon

Ottima posizione in rapporto al prezzo, padrone di casa davvero gentile e comunicazione piu che ottima, la location era super pulita, pronta subito e molto moderna ed attrezzata, davvero consigliato

unica piccola pecca i lavori che non permettevano di sfruttare il terrazzo, ma è stato un caso che non concerne il padrone ecc
