I don’t recommend

This apartment is absolutely unsafe – I strongly warn everyone against booking it. During our stay, while we were inside, a masked man entered the apartment and stole both my and my friend’s handbags. The most disturbing fact is that the door was locked with a code, which means the intruder already knew it. The neighborhood feels dangerous, and we no longer felt safe for a single moment after the incident. We had to leave immediately and move to a hotel. Please imagine the fear and shock we experienced – this is not just about theft, but about a complete lack of security. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

A lovely apartment from which to enjoy the delights of Monaco - as long as you are happy going out.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very bright with a small balcony in the sunshine. The location in Beausoleil was close to amenities and a short walk from the station and into Monaco. It was also peaceful at night and during the weekend.

there were no washing facilities for clothes. And the cooking facilities were basic.

Elegant architectural design - it looks luxurious

Nestled just outside Monaco, this rented apartment boasts an elegant architectural design. With clean lines and contemporary aesthetics, it looks luxurious.

In the apartment, bedding wasn't provided for four people as expected, despite payment for four occupants. Not all the additional bedding requested wasn't delivered even after calling, and attempts to reach them via phone or chat were unsuccessful. Furthermore, the kitchen equipment is lacking, and the bathroom door doesn't close properly.

Modern and close to Monaco

Brand new apartment with newest design and easy check in (just a code on the door). Looks exactly as on photos. Its close to Monte Carlo and main attractions (up to 1,2 km). Its heated by AC and doesnt have a floor heating (we rented in winter, so was a bit cold). Good for stay for 1-3 nights

Door to bathroom doesnt close, needs to be improved. Also would be good to a few more kitchen stuff (a least cups for tea. There were for coffee. Also would be hood to leave a few coffee tablets for coffee maker)

Appartamento mediocre

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 adulti nell'appartamento nr 1. Posizione abbastanza centrale ( 15 -20 minuti dal casinò a piedi). Self check in comodo essendo arrivati la sera tardi; Appartamento per dormire di passaggio. Non abbiamo usato nessun utensile ma sembrava ben fornito. Parcheggio a pagamento vicino

La porta del bagno rimaneva aperta, non si poteva chiudere. Il soffione centrale della doccia non funzionava.. La pulizia era discreta. Il prezzo forse un pochino alto visto il quartiere.

Preis Leistung war okey.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr günstig vom Preis her. Darum PreisLeistung ok, Die Küche hat nur 2 Utensilien zum Essen Kochen. Eine Topf mit Deckel und eine Teflonpfanne welchen ich nicht benutzen wollte da es zu stark verkratzt war. Teller in schwarz vorhanden für 4 Personen, jedoch nur 1 einzige Kaffeetasse mit 2 Nespressokapseln vorhanden.

Wir waren 4 Personen. Lediglich das Doppelbett war gedeckt. Der 2‘er Sofa war nicht vorbereitet für 4 Personen, auch keine Leintücher fürs Sofa. Alle 4 Kissen waren nicht bezogen und keine Kissenhüllen in den Schränken. 2 Duschtücher und 2 kleine Handtücher. Kein Schampoo im Bad, keine Seife am Lavabo, wir hatten unser eigenes Schampoo dabei. Supermarkt in der Nähe 2 Minuten Gehdistanz. Nur 1 einzige Toilettenrolle für 4 Person in 3 Tagen aufgebraucht. Küche . Die Vermietungsagentur konnte ich per WhatsApp erreichen und bekam daraufhin den Code für die Türe.

Très beau séjour.

L'appartement est très bien équipé et agencé. Très confortable. Il est idéal pour 4 personnes.

Il manque d'explication sur l'entrée de l'immeuble ou se trouve l'appartement. Le ménage était en train de se faire lors de notre arrivée, il nous a fallu attendre 30 mn. Une seule dosette à café pour le petit déjeuner. C'est un appartement pour 4 mais il n'y a que 2 chaises, dont une ou le dossier était cassé.

L'appartement est très beau, neuf et grand. La décoration est de très bon goût. Et un très bon rapport qualité prix

C'était dommage de ne pas avoir de draps pour le canapé-lit il y avait seulement une housse de couette. Nous étions quatre personnes et il y avait seulement deux serviettes une grande et une petite ce n'est pas suffisant pour 4. Il manquait également du papier toilette. Un seul rouleau était dans l'appartement déjà entamé.

Appartement tout neuf, très propre, fonctionnel et confortable . Commerces pas très loin .

Les abords ne sont pas très agréables ( montée d'escalier et cours pas très propre ) mais peut-être encore en travaux ...
