Great three bed apartment but painfully slow internet

The apartment has three bedrooms and three shower rooms. One is not en suite. Comfortable bed, small pillow. Due to sudden cold weather the heating in the bedrooms could not bring the room to the set temperature, but after the first night an additional duvet was provided. Nice shower and hot water. But no heating or extract fan in the shower room. Adequate kitchen with kettle and coffee pod maker. Spacious living room. If the weather was warmer great roof terrace. Three flights of stairs and no lift. Location pretty good with 300m gentle slope down to the lifts that are hard to find but drop down to the station and then to the quayside. Convenient minimarche and three fast food take aways. Otherwise a great place to stay!

The one issue is broadband speed or the lack of it. 1.47 is painfully slow and in a modern French city and luxury apartment is really unacceptable especially if you have work to do......

Fabulous spacious apartment !

Very spacious, comfy, modern and clean apartment with a great large wrap around balcony. Apartment is 2 floors with a bedroom upstairs also. Parking on site was also really helpful! We received a warm welcome and staff were available for any questions.

A little further walk than we realised (around 30 mins) from main areas however wasn’t a problem for us. Balcony furniture was a little worn but i am being picky! (A sun lounger would have been great)

Beautiful apartment with rooftop views

The apartment is really nice. The outdoor rooftop space is also very nice…. BUT, to get to this mountain top building required some real effort, especially with luggages and coming from the monaco train station. It’s definitely an excursion. Once at the building, there are obviously many many winding stairs to overcome as the apartment is on the upmost floor. I’d say it’s about a 20/30 minute walk to monaco port where you get to see the super yachts. We met a real estate billionaire.

Amazing location and the apartment is beautiful. You have everything you need nearby (shops, takeaway etc) and a short walk to the station and the town. Trains were very easy and cheap so a much easier way for exploring the coast.

Nice apartment, let down by the terrace seating.

The apartment itself was clean and comfortable.

I had booked parking and this was confirmed but then cancelled the day before I arrived. The roof terrace needs a store for the seat cushions as they were covered in bird mess so the seats were unusable.

Loved the stay overall!

The check-in was easy. Beds were comfortable. The place was very, very clean. The owner responded very quickly and was so helpful, this was really nice.

The bathroom upstairs was very small. Also at this location you must have a car to get around or traveling will be very hard. Almost no taxi’s and it’s quite a walk to the Monaco train station.

A lovely place to stay

The cleaner hadn’t made sure there were enough glasses and cutlery for the amount of people staying, the umbrella on the roof was broken I did message the owner and they were very helpful and said they would speak to the cleaner to ensure this was put right overall the stay was lovely and the property was nice and freshly decorated

La proximité du centre ville, les 3 chambres avec chacune leur salle de bains, La très grande terrasse

Certaines finitions pleinthe dans la cuisine, des lumières qui ne fonctionnaient pas dans le couloir, le lave vaisselle non vidé à notre arrivée et très peu d’équipements de vaisselle pour 4 personnes.

Bel Appartement bien agencé, mais pour ce prix on s'attend a bien mieux

2 salles de bain sans seche serviette, ni vmc, ni meme une poubelle. 1 chambre manque penderie,moissisures au plafond, fauteuil cassé,lumiere fonctionne quand elle veut. 1 serviette par convive. Couloir pas de lumiere non plus. Le lave vaisselle plein a notre arrivé. Boulloire non fonctionnel Reseau internet instable.

Fijn , schoon en comfortabel appartement

Een ruim, prachtig appartement met en super dakterras. Schoon! Modern. Mooi! Drie slaapkamers, drie badkamers, ruime woonkamer en of parkeren voor de deur ( € 15 per dag) of in de parkeergarage heel dichtbij. Vanaf het dakterras uitzicht op zee. Heb een foto van de zonsopkomst om 7 uur bijgevoegd. De foto’s op de website zijn echt waarheidsgetrouw. Fijn dat er en paar basis zaken in het appartementen aanwezig zijn: peper, zout, olie, koffie, thee, afvalzakken, afwasblokjes en wc papier. Erg prettig. Niet gehorig en rustig op straat. Contact met de host heel goed en prettig. Aanrij en sleutel instructies meer dan duidelijk. Supermarktje heel dichtbij. Fijn. Wij hebben het erg prettig gehad in dit fijne appartement.

De bedden waren wat te stevig voor ons. Een een van de bedden kraakte behoorlijk. De locatie was wat ver van de haven van Monaco maar dat wisten we. Geen klachten dus daarover.

Rymlig lägenhet med härlig, egen terass på taket.

Trevlig lägenhet högst upp i huset med tre badrum och en fantastisk, solig terrass. Till Casinot tar det 10-15 min att gå. Vi hyrde parkeringsplats vid huset, väldigt smidigt. Rekommenderar absolut boendet.

Saknade bättre handdukar, det fanns bara ett badlakan och inga mindre handdukar.

Goede locatie, in een zeer Schoon en ruim appartement!

Wij hadden het bovenste appartement het penthouse! Van alle gemakken voorzien! Perfect schoon! Heel groot en ruim! Iedere kamer een eigen badkamer en wc’s Goede bedden en beddengoed ! Het contact met de eigenaar was ook heel prettig en aangenaam!

tout le confort pour un séjour à Monaco

Nous venions rendre visite à la famille à 6 personnes donc cet appartement est parfait car chaque chambre à sa salle de bain, celle du haut est très petite mais elle existe, l'appartement est moderne, climatisation, la terrasse, le contact avec les responsables toujours disponible, répond rapidement. On s'y sentait bien. A noter qu'il faut monter 3 étages à pieds donc ne convient pas à tout le monde.

Il manque des ustensiles dans le cuisine comme un toasteur, des verres à vin (3 pour 6 personnes), la terrasse pourrait être mieux entretenue, pas de lumière sur la terrasse, aucune pression dans la 1ere douche, le tuyau mal fixé, manque des étagères pour poser les affaires dans la salle du bain du haut, les finitions sont pas à la hauteur d'un hébergement qualifié d'exigeant. Mais tout le confort y est et c'était le principal pour nous.

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Appartement. Zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Gute Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufweite. Alles sehr sauber. Tolle Dachterrasse mit super Sicht!

Einrichtung nur zweckmäßig. Garderobe im Flur und in den Zimmern wäre sehr gut. Badezimmer tlw. sehr klein.
