Big and beautiful provincial villa made with authentic material. Aerial view to Monaco and the sea. 4 bedrooms, one of which is the master suite, 3 bathrooms, very big living room, dining area, and equipped kitchen. Big shaded terrace with a barbecue, closed parking space, secure swimming pool, ping pong, sunbathing, and hammock. Big terraced garden, calm, 6 km away from Monaco through a direct way. An 800-metre walk from the old medieval village of La Turbie (restaurants, shops, doctors, pharmacies, tennis courts, and the historical monument of Trophée d’Auguste). There are beaches nearby (Roquebrune, Monaco, Cap d’Ail and Eze). You can go hiking and canyoning inland Via Ferrata (national park of Mercantour). Ski resorts are only 90 minutes away, 3 km away from Eze, and 7 km away from Menton. The Vintimille market (Italy) is 15 km away.

Spectacular views and a villa filled with character--many antiques and lots of old-world charm. A true retreat from the hustle and bustle of Monaco, and an easy walk to the historic village center of La Turbie and the Roman Trophy of Augustus. The garage space under the pool was super convenient too! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We booked this accommodation for a work trip. The villa catered to all our needs and was perfect for the purpose of our trip! Constance was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating!

We had a nice week in La Turbie! The view from the property is amazing and there was a nice constant breeze. We loved the way the house opened up onto a patio. Walking up (up!) the hill to the village bakery and restaurants was fun. It was a good base for exploring the area.

We (family of 8) stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The property is beautiful, the villa has a very historic family feeling to it, and the pool is perfect and refreshing. The location, very near to Le Turbie, was breathtaking. The proximity to Monaco makes it easy to get down there for anything from shopping to the beach.The host and the property manager were both great. We would love to return!The only thing I would change is the checkin time. Arriving from America in the morning (as most flights do) makes it a challenge to check in very late in the afternoon.
