Disappointing

The position of the apartment and that it is close to everything

Firstly, the employees were really unpolite when I called them. To be clear it was written that around 5 pm we could check in. When we arrived 25 minutes before check in, it was really bad what we saw there. The apartment was a mess… I do not have enough words to explain how bad it was, especially when one of the guests has some health issues. It was dusty, very untidy and they were not ready for our arrival. Then I called the person who is responsible for the apartment and she was so arrogant. I never saw somebody like that before and made me feel really uncomfortable and the level of disrespect was indeed ridiculous. She sent a cleaning lady, who by the way was yelling at an underage kid to move faster and to clean the apartment in 15 minutes before 5 pm. You can imagine how unprofessional it was to clean an apartment in 15 minutes. The floors and towels were horrible, the smell was bad, dishes left from previous customers

Loved the city , the property was value for money & has everything we needed . It’s not fancy but really nice &

I loved that the place was central , we could basically walk to most places

The stairs . We’re ladies & tend to over pack , it wasn’t pleasant dragging our big suitcases to the first floor . But honestly that was the only discomfort

Une très bonne expérience.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement du logement, situé tout près de la frontière de Monaco, ainsi que de la gare et très proche du centre, ce qui m’a permis de tout faire à pied pendant mon séjour. L’arrivée autonome est très simple et bien expliquée. Les hôtes sont très attentionnés : les messages, instructions et le petit guide transmis en amont sont clairs, ce qui permet un séjour sans stress. Le logement est spacieux et très bien équipé, notamment la cuisine, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Une très bonne expérience.

El sofá cama era demasiado incómodo, se movía la otra persona y hacía mucho ruido. Los cobertores blancos no parecían limpios (tenían cabellos y manchas amarillas)

Top locatie; nog geen kwartier van de boulevard. Goede communicatie met de eigenaar en heel fijn uitgelegd hoe alles werkte!

Het was lastig om de warmte uit de ruimte te krijgen. Er stond een mobiele airco en een waaier.

Akzeptabel

Unterkunft war schön und sauber. Alles vorhanden. Kein Kontakt zum Besitzer gehabt, um nach Kleinigkeiten zu fragen. Es hat uns insgesamt trotzdem ganz gut gefallen.

Klimagerät leider sehr sehr laut, kam nicht zum Einsatz nur der Ventilator. Teppich sehr ungepflegt, langes Warten aufs warme Wasser, wenn zu viel Verbrauch im ganzen Haus, ist uns allerdings nur einmal passiert, war dennoch ärgerlich. Kühlschrank sehr vereist, sodass alle Lebensmittel ständig nass waren, schlecht gekühlt.
