Step out onto the wrought-iron balcony with your coffee and watch Beausoleil wake up below you — then walk five minutes and you're crossing into Monte-Carlo. This cosy 2-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 and puts you closer to the Principality than most hotels inside it, without the price tag.
The main bedroom is bright and calm — a king bed dressed in navy and white, French doors opening onto a real balcony, and a little gallery of coastal prints above the headboard. The second room doubles as a lounge with a daybed, so it works equally well as a kids' room, a guest room, or just extra breathing space.
The kitchen is fully equipped and genuinely usable — induction hob, washing machine, coffee machine, smart TV — not a token setup. There's a dining table for four right next to it, good light coming in off the blue accent wall.
For evenings in, we've stocked the place properly: backgammon, Times Up, a deck of cards, and a shelf of books that lean into the location — Le Corbusier, Ferrari, yachting magazines, a French real estate investing guide, a bit of Nancy Mitford and Marie Kondo for balance. It's the kind of small library you actually pick something off of.
Free, secure private parking is 200m away — a real find in this part of the Riviera. Two bus stops (Hector Otto and Moneghetti) are five minutes on foot, and Bus 2 drops you straight into Monaco Ville: the Casino, the Prince's Palace, Port Hercule.
Close enough to walk into the Grand Prix, the Yacht Show, or a night at the Casino — far enough to park for free and sleep with the window open.
