Great place for a short stay to visit Monaco. The host is super friendly, responsive, and helpful.

The property was of great price and the location was good. The host was very communicative and quick to respond. They have an amazing guide on how to get there from the station.

It wasn’t very clean. There was dust on the floor and on some of the furniture. There were some stains on the kitchen door for the trash bin. The duvet cover was missing and there were makeup stains on the duvet from previous use.

It was wonderful place to visit the Casino and get the tour bus and reach the Palace.

I liked the attention that I received from the team when I needed to retrieved the key for the apartment. The studio was cozy and perfect for one person. The location was wonderful because I was able to walk to the Casino, the Train Station and walk around few blocks to enjoy the garden and the view of the bay.

I don’t like anything about this apartment.

We booked this apartment, but didn’t really get to stay there. We have visited the apartment to check if it’s any good. There are a few things you might want to know before you book: - the parking space 51 was already occupied; - the air conditioner remote was not working; - the studio has no bed, just a convertible couch; - there might be more, but we only spent a few minutes there so we might have missed some problems

All appliances were very new; Apartment was clean and tidy; The bed is very comfortable; Owner was very gentle, gave us clear instructions on how to get the keys which made check-in very easy and good tips about the city.

The communication with the host is extremely fast and easy. On the top of that, all instructions to check in/out are pristine and easy to follow. The property is conveniently located a pleasant 10-15min walk from the Monte Carlo Harbor and 5min from a Super U grocery store in MC. 2min walk to a small Carrefour City at the next street. I was in MC for business and the apartment was comfortable and with secure private parking. Wifi in the property works great, cleanliness of the apartment is superb and the kitchen equipped with oven, cool top, micro-wave and all utensils. Extremely recommended and unmatched value for your money in that area!

GREAT STUDIO, IMMACULATE, NEW! CLEAN AND COMPACT!

Gorgeous Studio flat. My teenage daughter & I stayed for 6 nights. I know monaco & beausoleil very well as lived here many years ago. My first time in an AIR BNB & highly recommend it. This studio had everything you needed. Exceptionally clean. Modern. New! Netflix too for my teenage daughter. 5 mins walk to the Train station and 8 mins to Central monaco. Loved it so much I've rebooked. ❤️ Matthieu was extremely helpful with any questions I had. He has other apartments that are beautiful too, so do ask him about those! SofaBed is very comfy. TV huge. Cooker new! Great washing machine! Coffee machine etc. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. But maximum 2 people as its compact. Enjoy! 😍👏👏👏

There was nothing NEGATIVE about this studio. Just a warning if you're the kind of person that NEEDS SILENCE.. beausoleil can sometimes be a bit noisy when scooters fly past in the streets. This is normal. So expect a bit of noise sometimes, if you leave windows open. Other than that, it's PERFECT 🥰

Lovely apartment on great location with free safe parking, would highly recommend!

Lovely! The self-check in was really easy + not having to worry about reaching the place within the check-in hours was a great plus. Everything (Monaco, casinos, restaurants, cafes, shops) is on a walking distance from the apartment so having a safe and free parking in the garage (in the same building as the apartment) was really convenient. The neighbourhood felt safe (even at night). The apartment was very clean and fully equiped (iron, washing machine, dishwasher, easy working induction stove, fridge, plenty of tableware and cutlery + everything worked well). The furniture is modern and nice, just like in the pictures. We really liked the convenient arrangement of furniture and space. The apartment is a bit small, but more than enough for two travelers! The owner was very kind and has responded very quickly to our messages. Would love to return! Lovely place, would highly recommend!

First we took the wrong elevator by mistake (from the garage) and got into the wrong side of the building. Maybe a mention in the Self-Check-In-PDF that there is a second wrong elevator could help others :)

Lovely stay in a wonderful apartment

Really good location, just couple of minutes walk from the station. Apartment has everything you need.. small but very cosy and comfortable. Everything is new and clean. The instructions on how to get there were really good, with photo’s and signs, so very easy to get there.

I liked everything, The Host was very helpful and friendly. the property is located very close to the Monaco city centre (casino Monaco 900m away).

The only thing that I would add is Air-conditioning. The apartment has Ventilation and it was fine but for my personal preference, I like when its cold in the Apartment. Still for many the Ventilation would be more than enough especially when its a good one and the Apartment has a good one. Apart from that, Liked everything.

Perfect

The apartment is very well positioned in relation to the train station. You get there very easily with two elevators and a short walk. The instructions given to get to the apartment were very explicit. The apartment is enough for two people. Everything is new, clean and very nicely arranged. I had at my disposal kitchen equipment and a coffee maker compatible with Nespresso capsules. Communication with the host was very good. We only have words of praise for this place. After we left we received a message thanking us for the way we left the apartment. Congratulations on everything, Matthieu.

The place was very well priced for the stay, the parking was great in an area notoriously difficult to fit vehicles, and the wifi was really fast. It was an excellent place for our team member to work remotely for a few days at an excellent place.

The apartment is comfy and near the monaco station and other services. Very important is to parking the car in a private space and sicure. Inside there are all you need to live, i shall booking surely for the next vacation. Thaks a lot matt.

Appartement bien situé et hôte très accueillant

Je me suis sentie accompagnée de la réservation jusqu'à mon départ du Airbnb. Les instructions sont claires et très bien expliquées. L'hôte est disponible quelque soit la question et très accueillant. Que ce soit le salon ou la salle de bain j'ai vraiment trouvé le logement impeccable et très lumineux ! Il est exactement comme sur les photos. Le logement est parfaitement situé. Il est à peine à 7 min de la gare ferroviaire et donc du port. Il est également à proximité de l'arrêt de bus qui vous permet d'aller au casino, à la plage et au jardin japonais. Je ne manquerai pas de réserver de nouveau si je reviens. Encore merci pour tout Matthieu et à très bientôt ! 🙏🏾
