They have very poor communication and no English, they give you instructions in an email to collect the keys fair enough but if like most people, might not think you need to read it specifically to enter and are very busy you are stuck outside and don't know what to do. I called them and no English and didn't understand me and hung up. I figured it out eventually but at a cost of international calls and no communication. You also might not have wi-fi and data available so are stuck. I also only had one set of bed sheets for a whole week, I asked for more and no one got back to me. I very hot humid weather one set of sheets is not acceptable at all.
