Good for single traveler or for cuple.

Clean bedsheets and towels. It’s quiet during the night, so you can get a good night’s sleep, unlike in other areas.

Need some renovation and some venetian blinds.

Mould air quality issues make this room uninhabitable as is - another room was much better.

The Whatsup person Maxime was very helpful - when the leakage happened he immediately arranged to be moved to another room - that room had no issues as the original one I booked with.

Room with mould - how is it ever possible to rent such a place? A direct health hazard. Door of toilet broken. It has a noisy dehumidifier (to conceal the extensive mould?). Very old air/con. A pipe burst on the second day and the place was flooded - unbelievable! In the stairs there was dog-shit carry over from foot - suitcase? and not cleaned for 2 days... The entrance to the alley keeps water - need pass your suitcases over a pool. I have now noticed that others have complained about the air and leakages. I would expect the management to take corrective actions and use this feedback to avoid having other disappointed customers. I would be happy to change my rating here if evidence of corrective action is provided.

The carpet is dirty, curtains are shabby long. Leakages in bathroom and at kitchen sink dampness. There is no exhaust for kitchen or for bathroom. The toilet is tiny and the washbasin is so small I couldn’t access it with ease.

For the price - this apartment cannot be faulted in any way. A wonderful experience.

It was well equipped with more than we expected - iron, washer/dryer, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer. Good storage for clothing etc. It was bright and just enough space for two of us. The location was excellent - 15 minute walk to the centre of Monte Carlo. Supermarket just 2 minutes walk away too. It is quite a steep walk back but we enjoyed the exercise & experience of walking through the streets…taxi services are also excellent on both the Monaco & Beausoleil sides. We used these at night. For us, the apartment was quiet. You do hear some occasional noise from the neighbouring apartment but it was not intrusive or at inappropriate times. We were only in the apartment to sleep & get ready…it was ideal for this. The bed was unexpectedly comfortable! Maybe it was the break from our work lives, but both of us slept so well. Possibly helped by the air conditioning, but honestly, every night was a good sound sleep. The assistance from Maxime & Valeria before and during our visit was exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough! They are what makes this apartment stand out - their attentive & efficient first class guest service is something I’ve only experienced in 5 star hotels. I was initially quite dubious about staying but without doubt, this is was one of the best short stay holidays I have ever had. And I have travelled the world.

Two tiny little things - firstly the TV kept having network connection issues - not a huge deal but we do like to have music on via YouTube etc so it was a little frustrating with the inconsistencies but we used our phones instead. Secondly - the bottom of the toilet door keeps getting caught/stuck on the window curtain as it trails on the floor in front of it. Again, not an issue just a little frustrating if you don’t have the curtain to the other side…all it would need is a slight (2-3cm) hem on the bottom of the curtain. And that’s all I can say - everything was more than ideal for us! Great overall!

Easy to access from the train station, the host was very helpful with navigation instructions as well as that of checking in. Everything you will need for a comfortable home away from home.

Excellent. Value for Money

Good Location. 10 Min walk from Monaco Gare Station. 2-3 min walk to Carrefour convenience store 1 min walk to a Pizza shop Bus service to Monaco is across the street from the unit Bus service from Nice Airport stops about 10 min walk from the unit Host was extremely friendly and checked in on me. Unit was small but perfect for me. I was alone. Kitchen is equipped. Wifi worked well. Smart tv that had your typical YouTube and other apps If you are visiting Monaco and want something affordable and convenient, this is a great location

Uphill walk to the Unit. It would be difficult for older travellers

Il signor Maxime gentilissimo e attento a ogni richiesta. Condizionatore che funzionava benissimo. Parcheggio comodissimo davanti all'appartamento (da prenotare però con largo anticipo in quanto ce ne sono solo due). Cucina essenziale senza forno/microonde ma solo induzione.

Poca privacy se non si chiudono alla perfezione le tende interne in quanto il nostro appartamento era al piano terreno e dava proprio sulla strada

Appart très bien rénové avec gout et très bien situé à l'entrée de Monaco (proche des ascenceurs).

L'hôte avait tout bien préparé, les informations étaient claires et il fut réactif et disponible. Il venait de terminer une réparation d'une petite tuyauterie, tout était très propre et le tapis a été changé suite à la petite inondation. Le lit est très confortable, tout correspond bien aux photos, la décoration est moderne et pratique. C'est mon deuxième séjour et je reviens avec certitude. Super rapport qualité prix.
