4 days of trouble free Monaco exploring

Extremely dirty and no support received

The apartment is equipped with a lot of things you can use, e. g. a washing machine. There are two small size floors that separate the bedroom from the living room. The location is not too far from the beach.

First, it was extremely dusty and dirty. The silicon in the bathroom was black because of fungi and the surface of the tiles brown. I talked to the landlord so he sends a cleaner (not a big deal if it is dirty, clean it), but he tried to convince me I should book in a five stars hotel to get this level of service. What? Cobweb behind the bed, dust on every surface and dirty sheets (he does not seem to know how to use his own washing machine, btw, as he mentioned the sheets were clean. Same for the towels that smelled bad). When contacted, Booking.com did very little to help us, despite I sent a lot of pictures. So the owner did a messy job at trying to fix the silicon, but the rest stayed dirty. My wife is allergic to dust, so we had to clean it ourselves. Well, we paid quite a high price for this, no type of refund has been offered to us so far, and you can be sure that, given the amount of lodging requests in summer in this area, nothing will change for the future clients. Beware!

Fantastic place for touristic or romantic stay. Very pleasant private patio. Appartement well appointed, air con downstair and in upstair bedroom. Super well located 10mn walk from casino square and bus stop to go everywhere around Monaco. Very nice local covered market ans shops open everyday. More stalls on Sundays. Very helpful contact people in case of questions via phone and WhatsApp. Very useful possibility to get/leave the keys for check in-check out in place dedicated. We had a wonderful time in a superbe place. We will come black !
