This 38-sq.m flat is peaceful with double glazing, two beds and a mezzanine level with two beds, a sea view, and a small terrace on the first floor of a private house from 1900. The flat offers an open-plan, fitted kitchen a shower rooms with a large shower, a toilet, bag drop-off in the garage, and nearby parking in the Vinci Car Park near the town hall (100 metres' walk from the flat). It is an 8-minute walk from the shops and the morning covered market. Public transport and the bus is 100 m walk away passing through Menton, La Turbie, Roquebrune, Cap d'Ail, Eze village, Beaulieu, Villefranche, Nice, and Cannes.

Property was in the perfect location. It has great views of Monaco and the sea and is within 10 minutes walk of all the main sites. Really pleased with our choice. Monaco location for French price!!

the owner only speaks French and it is difficult for tourists to have a conversation with her. From the first day the air conditioner and the television never worked, and it was very hot and it became difficult to stay at home. The floor above, where the other two beds were, was very shaky and dangerous. The dishes weren't clean and I had to wash everything. The first day the owner also asked us for €80 more without explaining the reason.

The property was good value for the price and location. AC worked very well which was a blessing and a rarity in that area of the world. The beds were comfortable. The place is nothing fancy though, and again this was feflected in the price.

There was a problem with the checkin and communication, we had the airco water which fell onto the bed so we had to move the bed. The lady that attended us was super impatient and unfriendly. The apt was dirty, dirty, dirty.. it did not have much toilet paper and nothing to clean the dishes. It was gross. Location was good not the view which was mentioned on the description. I wanted to ask about getting a partal refund since we were so disappointed.

The apartment was ok in general but it had a really bad smell... The whole building actually had that smell... even my clothes started smelling. I paid 89 euro cleaning fee which I guess was to clean after my stay but I get yelled why the apt wasnt cleaned by me.. There is no hoover or anything to clean, for 11 days of stay I only got 1 towel so I had to go and buy more. At night was really cold and there was no heather. I had problems with the door, which was very difficult to open every time. The top was when one night someone locked the front door and I couldnt get in touch with the owner or the guy giving the key... Their both phones were off... So at 11pm after 12h shift I had to run on the street and ask random people for help. Luckily after 40mins of trying we managed to open it.. My experience there wasnt good at all.

I find 80 Euros cleaning fee in addition to all other fees excessive. Requested in cash at arrival before being handed the key. This place is dirty, and has mold growing in the bathroom. What a disappointment. Also it is very difficult to get to. The offer of a 10Euros transportation to the train station is not available - offered at our arrival and then retracted. This was a very unpleasant experience!Helen

We had no check in instruction other than the address. I kept emailing owner for instruction and had no response by email. I had to call her to find out anything. The keys were not onsite, waited in our car for 30 mins for someone on a blind turn of a tiny 2 lane road. Same sittuation for check out. Would have been a fine stay if she wouldve made any kind of effort to communicate.

We loved our stay!

We loved our stay!

It was our real pleasure staying in this charming loft, very clean, cozy and beautifully furnished. A great sea view from the balcony added a special attraction to this rather spacious apartment. As my husband and I are beach lovers it was a perfect place for us to go to Larvotto beach . Great and easy access to the beach is provided through a nearby elevator. So it took only 10 min. to go to Monaco. Especially we are thankful to Chantal, a super pleasant person to deal with. She really gave her heart to make our stay exceptional.

We used the apartment as a base while we worked in Monaco and for this it was excellent. Great location and very easy. Lovely house keeper, Maria and easy communication with the owners. The apartment is quite 'basic' but it suited our needs perfectly and we hope to return on our next visit.

Chantal war super nett und hilfsbereit - stand uns für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation mit der Dame, die das Haus verwaltet, war etwas schwieriger, da sie nur französisch konnte. Die Lage war super und die Klimaanlage ein Seegen. Aber Vorsicht vor den Ameisen! Und auch Hausstaub Allergiker haben es schwer.

I don't understand why a person who receives a lot of customers don't speak English.. I try a lot to find a way to communicate but 0 success! In my first day I tell her that I need to do my check out at 9 am. In the morning I send a new message to remember the hour.. What a surprise nobody it was there..after a lot of calls she was very very rude and torn off my calls.. After 45 min she arrived. It was so close to lose my flight! When u arrive to apartment you have to pay a tax for the cleaning but the apartment it's very dirty! Really? You can do better job for that money? Not a good experience and for sure to not comeback..

Abbiamo aspettato un'ora davanti il portone, dopo diverse chiamate sono venuti ad aprire. Richiesti altri soldi per una pulizia modesta (quasi inesistente) nel bagno e fra le lenzuola peli e capelli. Cattivo odore. Mancava il phono e ci è stato portato il giorno dopo. Poltroncine rovinate, ambiente mal ridotto; necessita di parecchia manutenzione. Tuttavia MR Jamel si è mostrato molto disponibile.

Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Das Apartment hat das geboten, was wir von ihm erhofft hatten. Allerdings war die Kommunikation mit dem Herrn vor Ort nicht ganz einfach. Zwei drei Verbesserungen sind dennoch möglich. Gerade bei der Reinigung des Apartments könnte ein bisschen mehr Zeit investiert werden. Der Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon war noch komplett voll und auch im Kühlschrank waren diverse Flecke zu sehen, die einem nicht gerade Appetit gemacht haben. Ein wenig unkomfortabel war die Küche eingerichtet. Keine gescheiden Messer zum Obst und Gemüse schneiden und gerade das Geschirr war knapp berechnet und hat bei 3 Personen gerade so für eine Mahlzeit gereicht, was nicht gerade viel ist, da man von Hand abspülen muss. Ansonsten zu frieden, ruhige Lage, was einen guten Schlaf bedeutet hat. Für Personen überhalb 1,90m allerdings nicht geeignet. Oberer Stock und Bad mit etwas tiefen Decken.
