This 38-sq.m flat is peaceful with double glazing, two beds and a mezzanine level with two beds, a sea view, and a small terrace on the first floor of a private house from 1900. The flat offers an open-plan, fitted kitchen a shower rooms with a large shower, a toilet, bag drop-off in the garage, and nearby parking in the Vinci Car Park near the town hall (100 metres' walk from the flat). It is an 8-minute walk from the shops and the morning covered market. Public transport and the bus is 100 m walk away passing through Menton, La Turbie, Roquebrune, Cap d'Ail, Eze village, Beaulieu, Villefranche, Nice, and Cannes.

Property was in the perfect location. It has great views of Monaco and the sea and is within 10 minutes walk of all the main sites. Really pleased with our choice.

Check in was difficult because I didn’t speak French and the housekeeper kept trying to call me instead of text. In the end I was able to use Google Translate to send all my enquiries in French.
The flat could have had a lot of potential and charm if it wasn’t so run-down and filthy. They have a mice infestation and there was mice poop all over the kitchen counters and floor.
I booked for 4 people for a week and they supplied 2 towels and 2 toilet paper rolls.
The perks of staying there were good hot water pressure, comfortable beds, and a pleasing view. I will say though the photos on the website were a little misleading because most of the view is just large apartment blocks.
I was there during the monaco grand prix historique and there was no chance to check out and rebook elsewhere as the prices were astronomical.
Another perk was the grocery store is only a 4 minute walk and it only took 30 mins to walk to the harbour where the race was. In the city of monaco there are many public elevators and outside escalators as Monaco is built on a giant hill, so easy to get around!
