Great stay at the balcony of Monaco

Mision to collect the property keys on arrival creats smile and perfect mood. The house has a kitchen with excellent equipment. There is a grocery store quite close by. So when it comes to food - everything is in your hands.

A lovely apartment with a fantastic view over Monaco.

The view from the apartment was breathtaking. The best part of it. The apartment was a bit smaller then it looked on the site, but it was well laid out, very functional, modern and perfect for a solo traveler. The furniture, fixtures, amenities were perfect. Its a good location if you have a car. As I was there for a trade show in Monaco, There is a bus that goes to Monaco, but if you miss it the wait can be long. So need to be attentive to the timetable. Getting a Uber or Bolt to Monaco is tough, I never succeeded. However, to leave Monaco to get back... walk back to the 'border' of Monaco/ Beausoliel and order a ride share. Much much cheaper.

Getting the keys for the first time was a bit complicated. Had to go through the garage, open the gate, then the lock box. It wasn't difficult, but when you have luggage, arrive at night and are tired, its bit of a hassle.

Beautiful view. Everything was as described. Very clean and comfortable.

Contacted the host in advance to check if our car was going to fit the garage box. The hosted answerd that it will fit but the dimensions written in the self check-in guide were smaller. The correct dimensions from the self check-in guide are Height 1,86m Width 2,36m Depth 4m.

Amazing sea view and well-equipped apartment

The highlight of the apartment is the view of the sea from the bed! It is also equipped with everything that you need. For this price, this is a great catch! Even though there was no reception, the communication was excellent with well-prepared guides.

The downside of the sea view on top of a hill is that you need to climb up. Luckily, there are public lifts available around the area. An overview of those would greatly help - I discovered them on my own.

Appartement lumineux avec une belle vue. Situé sur les hauteurs de Monaco dans le quartier Beausoleil. En 10 min en voiture au casino et au rocher. Très facile de recuperer et laisser l’appartement. Parking utile mais étroit. Au calme avec double vitrage. Salon avec grand TV. Très bien équipé et propre. Petit hall d’entrée pour déposer chaussures et blousons. Salle de bain douche avec WC confort. Gel douche shampoing fourni. Cuisine bien équipé avec ustensile.

Lit canape manque de confort mais pour qq nuits ça passe.

Помешкання дуже миле і естетично красиве) З вікна неймовірна панорама на Монако 🇲🇨 Просинатись зранку , з таким чудовим краєвидом 👌💫 Дуже зручно заселятись , чіткі вказівки господаря.

Las buenas vistas tienen su precio.

El apartamento era muy coqueto y muy bien equipado. Las guías que nos facilitaron nos ayudaron mucho y particularmente el plano con la ubicación de los ascensores públicos y de las escaleras. Las vistas impresionantes de la ciudad y el aire acondicionado que nos hizo la estancia fantástica.

Éramos 3 personas y estábamos un poco apretados, al abrir el sofá cama quedaba muy poco espacio. Es ideal y perfecto para 2 cómodamente.. La vitrocerámica no funcionaba (avería )pero como el microondas era horno nos arreglamos para cocinar de todos modos. La distancia al centro, para mí, era muy larga y empinada. Los ascensores facilitan el esfuerzo pero algunos no son fáciles de encontrar, es como hacer una gincana por la ciudad.

Oberhalb Monacos, mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die Stadt waren wir mit unserer Wahl absolut zufrieden. Sogar einen eigenen Parkplatz war dabei, welches uns das lange Suchen in dieser doch sehr überfüllten Gegend (auch wenn am Rande von Monaco, ist es halt Monaco ....mit all seinen engen Gassen) ersparte.

到着してから入室までの案内（写真付きメール）が完璧でした。部屋も綺麗で、TV画面も大きく、洗濯機もあり、キッチンも良かった。久しぶりに自分で日本料理を作りました。
