The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat in Beausoleil for rent. It measures 50 m² and can accommodate up to 3 guests.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully fitted kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bedroom with a single bed
- A shower room with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- An 80 m² terrace with unobstructed views of Monaco, complete with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Beausoleil, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Larvotto Beach (15–20 mins’ walk): Monaco’s main beach, perfect for swimming, dining out and water sports
- Golfe Bleu Beach (10 mins by car): a lovely cove between Monaco and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, perfect for a quieter day out
- Monaco Oceanographic Museum: one of Europe’s finest aquariums, situated on the Rock of Monaco
- Point View Monaco: a superb viewpoint over Monaco, particularly at sunset
Transport:
If you’re coming by car, you can park in a public car park near the accommodation.

- Nearest airport: Nice, a 30-minute drive away
