Excellent place to stay when visiting Monaco

Our stay was fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable - small, yet extremely well thought out. The staff were outstanding, always helpful and responsive on WhatsApp even when we didn’t meet in person. If you’re traveling by car, the parking lot is not far from the apartment, and it’s also possible to find a parking space just across the street. We highly recommend this place!

Host is not being honest in comments!! Terrible host and now lying one night 90 degree no AC

Property Manager was responsive

I am awaiting an inquiry from booking.com that I wrote about the situation at this rental. It was one of the most inconsiderate situations I have ever had with a host. It doesn’t matter how nice a place is or what the price may be that they’re offering it also matters that the host lives up to what the customers purchasing and that he makes good of it. This was not the case, and I found him very disrespectful in this matter about our holiday, please contact me as I am waiting to do something about this.now his response is a lie never asked for free asked him to do something to make it right. Photo is a box after sleeping in 90 degree temp night before… AC in box left in box in hallway! Wish Booking .com would intervene they can see the messages . No regard for ones holidays

Value for money and nice place to stay

The property was nice and friendly, big enough for 2-3 people and good proportions of the bathroom. I didn’t like there were no fabric curtains in the room to provide some intimacy from outside, so we had to keep outdoor curtains on and had no sunlight most of the time. This would be a suggestion. The internet password was not working. But a pleasant experience overall

Pessima esperienza

Come già detto a Booking, esperienza bruttissima, in quanto appena arrivati l'ascensore non funzionava e abbiamo scoperto poi che la stanza era tre piani sotto il livello della strada, per cui siamo scesi per le scale con i bagagli scoprendo che i primi due piani erano le cantine del palazzo e all'ultimo (sottoterra) c'erano queste stanze con un odore di umido e di muffa quasi irrespirabile. Aperta la porta della stanza ci siamo trovati una camera a dire poco UNA TOMBA ..... un divano letto con un materasso scomodissimo, senza aria condizionata ma con un pinguino e un tubo da mettere fuori attraverso una pseudo finestra con davanti le mura di uno stabile e pieno di trappole per topi, per cui mi chiedo come dormire con la finestra aperta. Ma la cosa più brutta era l'odore di muffa e umidità nella camera e una blatta morta vicino al bagno. Quindi come abbiamo aperta la porta, l'abbiamo chiusa e siamo scappati di corsa per andare in hotel. Apprezzo l'impegno di Booking per farmi avere il rimborso, ma la struttura come pensavo si è rifiutata e da questo si può dire tutto, visto che la prenotazione non è stata sfruttata per i motivi scritti sopra. Complimenti a Studio36mt2 👏👏👏👏

Apartamento novo e funcional ,tem maquina de lavar parto ,secadora e todo mobiliado com estilho . A pe de monaco para Boulevard de Belgique onde trabalho somente a pe 8 minutos . A responsável do apartamento muito educada e prestativa . Silencioso e tranquilo onde pode dormir perfeitamente. O ônibus e trem fica na boulevard Belgique onde facilita o transporte .
