Location is good, but the room needs to be improved, owner needs to prepare the room to be clean and presentable.

It’s accessible and near to Monaco border.

The studio was not clean when arrived, a lot pf mosquitos and the smell is not good. Seems the owner didn’t even bother to make it presentable. The bed is not good, it’s not a flat bed and there is like a loop hole in the middle. I expected too much as the owner is sending too much restrictions.

Mouldy but okay.

Good location and the amount of space was good. Outdoor seating. The price. The staff were helpful.

The mould in the property needs to sorted, I would suggest that the property owner looks into a dehumidifier, keeping the windows opened slightly helped the issue but not enough. The shower head needs to be replaced, seriously! The shower head barely works and sprays water around different directions. If it wasn’t for these two things I’d probably would have rated the property higher, I do think there is a lot of potential for this property.

It really it was it says, very local to get to Monte Carlo and good little outside space. Parking is tricky anywhere in Monaco but the garages nearby were absolutely fine and we had no problem. The shaded private courtyard was very welcome when coming back from a morning on the beach (15min walk - steep though) to sit out the mid afternoon heat. An Uber driver (€10) picked us up for an evening on the rock/ Monaco Ville from just down the steps of the property. There is a local bus too, if you fancy. Little well stocked supermarkets are close by. Olga was a true gem, too!!! Very accommodating and kind.

Great location apartment with room for improvement

Great location and great to have someone greet me late at night, really appreciated. Good size space.

Unfortunately the bed was not cleaned (nor the toilet) and as I arrived late, I had to sleep in a dirty bed. There is damp on one wall which has not been treated. The neighbours are very loud.

good for a short stay but value may be better somewhere else

very nice set up. the outside would have been cool to hang out if the weather was a little warmer and I traveled with friends

hand towels or paper towels in the kitchen would be nice. it wasn’t on the ad so I didn’t expect but they had a coffee maker for pods. if they start posting this one or two pods would be a nice welcome. real pillows would be a huge bonus not the little fluffy things on the bed

Room for improvement, but a nice stay!

The appartment is litterally right outside Monaco's border, and easy accessible with escalators and stairs. Good outdoor patio, and generally big rooms inside. Secluded and quiet area, but still all comodities nearby. Easy and quick check in and check out.

As it was the cheapest place to rent on a short notice, this was not very suprising, but would hope to see it improve: The waterboiler was showing signs of water sediments build-up and would need some fixing up/replacing. The toilet flush-pipe was not fixed to toilet, causing it to leak, but I fixed this fast and easy - thus this was not really a big problem. The shower was not properly fastened or broken, did not stay upright and needs replacement/fix. Other than these small things it was in general good value for the money!

bcos i hv requested for the bedsheet to change to e to white , but didn’t deliver .. and the bed was nit comfo window was not able to close . towels were all messily on a bucket .

Fantastic.

Everything. The location is 10min walk from the casinos. The market and general stores are practically next door. The best part was a cute little garden all to yourself. And Olga was super hostess - polite ever helpful and forthcoming with local knowledge and info.

A TV with cable connection. And a mosquito repellant/ cream would be a good add on. I reached late n the garden does attract insects.
