Without question, this is the **best apartment I've stayed in around Monaco**. The location is unbeatable—you're literally **15 steps from Monaco**, making it perfect for exploring while enjoying excellent value for money.
The apartment is **brand new, modern, spacious, spotless, and beautifully finished**. The duplex layout provides plenty of room, making it ideal for a family or two couples.
A special thank you to **Lorenzo**, who was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.
I've stayed in this area many times, and this is by far **the best combination of location, quality, and value** I've experienced. I couldn't recommend it more highly and will definitely be returning.
