Despite its lively, central location, the apartment offers a quiet and relaxing setting, with air conditioning and a lovely sea view from the terrace.

Guests have private access to the entire apartment and both terraces, including the sea-view terrace. You are welcome to enjoy all the facilities provided throughout your stay. Ideally located in central Beausoleil, the apartment is just a 1-minute walk from Monaco, nearby shops, restaurants and the closest public car park.

• One bedroom with a 160 cm bed and storage

There is also a modern shower room and a separate toilet.

The apartment is ideally located for exploring Monaco and the French Riviera, with most attractions and amenities easily accessible on foot.

A public car park is available just a 1-minute walk away. Nearby Zest and ZOU bus services provide convenient connections to Monaco, Beausoleil and surrounding towns.

Monaco–Monte-Carlo train station is also within easy reach, offering direct connections towards Nice, Cannes, Menton and Ventimiglia. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport can be reached by car, taxi or public transport via Nice.


Please note that the apartment does not have private parking. However, the nearest public car park is only a few metres away.

Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a small welcome supply of toiletries, including shampoo and shower gel. As this is a private holiday rental and not a hotel, daily housekeeping, linen changes and replenishment of supplies are not included during the stay.
