Could be better cleaned (there was dust everywhere)

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several issues that should not happen in a professionally managed apartment: 1. We received a message saying the apartment was ready and clean, so we arrived at 3 PM. But when we opened the door, it was still a complete mess from the previous guest. We had to leave and come back around 7 PM, by which time it had finally been cleaned. 2. Even after the cleaning was done, there was no toilet paper provided. 3. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the apartment, deeply embedded in the furniture, walls, and curtains — very unpleasant and difficult to ignore. 4. A strange noise was coming from the intercom system randomly, at any hour, and we had no idea how to stop it — very annoying, especially during the night. 5. When using the iron, rust came out of it and ruined one of my clothes — completely unacceptable. 6. Despite all these issues, we were denied a late check-out at 12 PM. This felt unfair, especially since we were understanding enough to wait several hours to check in due to their own delay. This frustrating situation could have been handled much better if the host had at least offered a gesture of goodwill — such as a late check-out, a partial refund, or even a sincere apology. Unfortunately, none of that happened, which made the whole experience feel careless and disrespectful. Overall, I would not recommend this property, and I hope the management improves for future guests.

The apartment was really very clean and fresh. a bed and a sofa were comfortable. Localization for us (we came for the tennis tournament) was very OK. Walking distance to buses (1 and 4 to the Tennis Country Club, 600 and 80 for Nice) and main attractions of Monte Carlo. A small shop with everything just in the next building. Nice restaurants close to the apt. nice building and safe surroundings.

In order to get to the apt, after entering the building, it is neccessary to go down quite a number of winding narrow stairs in a dark and a bit shabby corridor which may be problematic for people with kids ot big luggage. Toilet in the apt is very small (like in airplane) and has no ventilation. A bedroom overlooks a street and the window is not soundproof. a bathroom is narrow, it is dark in a living room (ground floor). A bit overpriced.

Me gustó que estaba en una buena ubicación, realmente todo quedaba cerca caminando, aparte el lugar es muy acogedor y cómodo. me encantó, en el momento que quiera regresar volvería a quedarme hay mil veces, le doy un 10/10

Der penetrante Zigarettengeruch. Auch zuhause beim Koffer auspacken haben meine Kleider noch danach gerochen. Das Appartement war nicht soo sauber.

Peatusime korteris kolm ööd. Majutusasutuse omanik saatis eelnevalt põhjaliku fotode ja viitadega juhise, kuidas korterini jõuda, seetõttu oli seda väga lihtne leida ja sinna sisse pääseda. Korter asus vanas majas, kuid oli värske ja väga maitseka remondiga. Kööginurk oli neljale inimesele paras, seal oli kõik vajalik söögitegemiseks või soojendamiseks Olemas olid ka nõudepesumasin ja pesumasin. Voodid olid väga mugavad, ka lahtikäiv voodi üllatas mugava madratsiga. Samuti olid uued, puhtad ja mugavad padjad ja tekid. Üldse oli korter äärmiselt puhas, Meeldis ka, et oli akna avamise ja õhutamise võimalus. Ümbruskond oli vaikne. Asukoht oli soodne, osaliselt tõid mäe otsa eskalaatorid. Ligipääs Monaco vaatamisväärsustele oli jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Läheduses on piisavalt söögikohti. Esimesel päeval ei pääsenud me WIFI-sse sisse, kuid kui QR koodiga logisime, töötas see laitmatult. Omanik oli väga vastutulelik ja vastas meie küsimustele kiiresti. Kui alguses oli nelja inimese jaoks kolm käterätikut, siis paari tunni pärast rippus täiendavate rätikutega kott juba meie toa ukse taga. Jäime majutuse ja abivalmis omanikuga väga rahule!
