Comfortable, convenient, and perfectly located apartment for exploring the city.

Very modern and stylish apartment in a beautiful building. Was equipped with all the amenities. Perfect location, walkable distance to everything. The bus stop, train station is basically next to the apartment. Really easy check in-check out process. Very attentive and helpful host. Would definitely recommend the apartment for your visit to the principality.

Laurent’s property was so close to the main train station making it very easily accessible. My husband and I required this accomodation last minute after poor treatment from our previously booked accomodation. I am so glad we ended up staying at this apartment as it was so clean, tidy and had all necessary amenities required to feel comfortable during our stay. The host has impeccable communication and was super responsive and provided very clear check in details. I will absolutely recommend friends and family to stay here.

Laurent was a very communicative host, everything was a breeze. I loved the apartment; it was spacious, clean, beautiful, had a wonderful outdoor space and it's in a prime location for visiting Monaco.

I wouldnt go back to this property again

I liked the fact that was close to the train station and not far away from the city centre

The property was okay for the price. I would have expected more unfortunately it wasn’t what the photos show. First it was very cold we tried to use the air conditioner but it would not warm up at all. The utensils pot was dirty underneath not cleaned at all. The ironing table had no cover and the iron was leaking water all the time while I was trying to iron. Not enough covers for 3 people to sleep in the property it was very cold . Overall it was okay nothing special

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere i luoghi più importanti di Montecarlo, park della stazione a due passi, appartamento spazioso, bagno molto grande, non abbiamo usato la cucina quindi non posso fare commenti
