We didn't have a kettle, so it was a little inconvenient to boil water. The variety of plates was somewhat limited. We also found that the knives were not very sharp. Additionally, there was a small water leak from the drain pipe in the bathroom. If these points could be improved, we feel the overall stay would be even more comfortable.

No WiFi. Made contact with owners. They informed us code was on back of TV cabinet and on frame on wall. Contacted them to say no sign of WiFi codes and they never replied. This was disappointing.

Comfortable accomodation

Lovely apartment and easy access to town centre with the tramline being at the end of the road.Underground parking is fantastic in Grenoble.Well equipped and well decorated

The flat doesn't get much sun during the day and was cold early evening which is a problem with a centralised heating system which doesn't start till Ist October! No supplementary heating provided for chilly evenings.Lacks a bit of relaxing seating and a proper shower would be aventatous. Drainage was slow from bathroom sink and was a bit concerned at a power point underneath the bathroom light switch and one behind the bathroom sink unit.

Spacious, comfortable and very well equipped

The cleaning lady burst into our room at 8:30 in the morning asking what time we were planning to leave and when I said it would be 9:30 or 10:00 (check out time informed by proprietor) she got really mad about it. Very rude and impolite.

modern place with some shortcomings

very very hot in the summer. the machine giving out the tickets is in a glass lobby where is easily 50 Celsius. in the apparent we had 31 during the night. if you open the windows you will get the mosquitoes. when you park the first time, the code opens the parking door, but will not let you in to the reception. you need to go outside and reenter the building.

And one of the bedrooms the lights didn’t work. The code box to enter is unlit, and below the well lit box for people visiting someone in the building. At night, this is almost impossible to see, and the instructions were not at all clear with this regard.

Was a bit complicated to come in and get the key at the machine, the code outside did not work or we digit wrong???? Then it worked to get in the garage but then you needed keycard there, so we were lucky to meet with another client who could release us inside ad acess to the key card machine

Arrivée en autonomie. L'emplacement parfait. Le confort à l'intérieur et l'extérieur est exceptionnel. Très calme la nuit. On entend rien dans l'appartement. Nous avons toujours eu une place de parking disponible.

1 - Situation géographique intéressante : environ 25 minutes de marche depuis l'immeuble Tempologis jusqu'à l'hyper-centre de Grenoble. 2 - Procédure d'arrivée et de départ autonomes et faciles. 3 - Logement propre.

1 - Problème de réalité de parking par rapport à la description. Le "parking sur place gratuit" (comme indiqué dans la description sur Booking) était l'une des raisons principales qui m'ont amené à réserver ce logement. Dans les questions des voyageurs affichés sur la page du logement, il est précisé "Un parking gratuit et privé est disponible sur place (sans possibilité de réserver)." Malheureusement, au-delà de la question de la réservation, il y a une question de dimensionnement du parking qui n'est pas indiquée : le parking souterrain de l'immeuble est bien gratuit mais ne comporte que 13 places (12 places standard + 1 place PMR), alors que l'immeuble Tempologis comporte au total 32 appartements. Résultat ? Quasiment impossible d'avoir une place de parking libre ! 2 - Équipements un peu trop limité dans le logement (couverture trop fine, équipement de cuisine très sommaire, aspirateur qui n'aspire pas et pas de présence de balai) 3 - Décalage trop important entre les photos d'illustration représentant le même type d'appartement et la réalité (grand canapé d'angle de 3-4 places VS petit canapé 2 places, fauteuils VS chaises, vue dégagée VS vue sur un mur). 4 - Odeurs d'égout dans l'entrée de l'immeuble et au sous-sol.

Bâtiment mal insonorisé. Voisins du dessus très bruyants y compris la nuit. Déplacent les meubles sans cesse. Pourquoi ne pas mettre des tampons sous les pieds des meubles et des chaises ? Parking systématiquement plein

Temizdi. Çalışan 1 kişi göremedik. Mutfak iyiydi. Kahve mak çalışıyordu. 3 gece için 2 kiliye 2 kahve kapsülü bırakılmış. Sabunu kahveyi dışarıdan alacaksınız.

Burası bir otel değil. Odada yatak yok. Çekyat var. Otoparka 3 gecede sadece 1 gece düzgün parkettik. İkinci gece ortada kaldı. Üçüncü gece 500mt mesafede. Sabun ve şampuan 3 gece için 2 kişiye tek adet bırakıldı. Çok soğuktu, kalorifer bi girdikten 12 saat sonra çalıştı. Bahane bahane. En önemlisi kimse yok. Resepsiyon yok. Sadece mesaj booking veya whatsup. Tavsiye etmem. Uzak durun.

Les indications pour l'arrivée étaient très claires, l'appartement propre, bien situé par rapport à nos projets, près de la halle Clémenceau. La place de Parking en sous-sol, fermée est très appréciable et avait déterminé mon choix ( si elle n'avait pas été libre, impossible de se garer dehors à proximité) ; attention toutefois, difficile de manoeuvrer pour une grande voiture ! L'appartement est bien chauffé.

Il pourrait y avoir une bouilloire, un décapsuleur. La vaisselle est assez minimaliste... Les oreillers ne sont pas top ! Un mode d'emploi du micro onde, une fiche avec les principales explications wifi, poubelles etc ( comme celle dans l'ascenseur que je n'ai vue qu'au bout de 3 jours ! )

Séjour en couple pour rendre visite à la famille, bon logement, bien situé, calme et propre.

Appartement très correct, malgré deux petits défauts: 1) le wifi était très instable les premiers jours, problèmes avec les travaux dans la rue? Dans tous les cas, le jeune homme d'astreinte a té très réactif et aidant. 2) même après 5 jours, nous n'avons toujours pas compris comment fonctionnait l'éclairage de la chambre!!! les interrupteurs s'annulent les uns les autres, voire divisent l'intensité et donc font clignoter les lumières!! un casse-tête. Pour le reste, appartement très propre, calme, bien situé. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Le système des interrupteurs en va et vient, incompréhensible...mais la nuit c'est pour dormir donc pas si grave! Rien d'autre.

Bonne literie mais des choses à améliorer

Bon emplacement et garage très pratique, lits très confortables, appartement spacieux.

Nous avons eu froid dans l'appartement et jamais compris comment fonctionnait le chauffage, et la couette fournie était vraiment très fine, nous avons dû utiliser l'une de la deuxième chambre (heureusement nous n'étions que 3). Il manquait une serviette, je l'ai demandée via la messagerie de Booking mais pendant le week-end, il n'y a personne dans la résidence. Je l'ai eue plus de 24h plus tard... Sur les photos des appartements, on a une vue sur la montagne, nous étions au premier étage et n'avions une vue sur rien, avec peu de luminosité. Le wifi marchait mal, que ce soit le principal ou le secondaire.

Appartement mal conçu, service supérieur.

Yoan répondait rapidement, efficacement et avec sourire.

Ayant vécu dans le quartier, nous avons vu l'immeuble se faire construire. On s'attendait à un appartement moderne et bien conçu. Côté architecture, décoration et arrangement intérieur, c'était assez nul. Pièces étroites (moins de 20 cm de chaque côté du lit dans la chambre principale), éclairage déficient partout avec de petites boites carrées et ampoules minimales, pas d'éclairage dans la cuisine sur les comptoirs (de quoi se couper si on prépare les repas), à peine une petite ampoule dans un coin loin de tout, coin table à manger si étroit qu'on ne peut tirer les chaises autour de la table, portes qui ouvrent dans de mauvaises directions - dans la salle de bain on cache le meuble lavabo, on doit refermer pour entrer complètement. Bref, l'architecte a voulu trop mettre dans trop peu d'espaces. Le divan a des dossiers non fixés, inconcevables, on ne peut s'appuyer, quel inconfort. Très décevant.

Appartement agréable mais manque de climatisation

La taille de l'appartement avec son balcon, le parking disponible et gratuit. Immeuble récent et propre.

Même si on le savait lors de la réservation, il manque la climatisation (un ventilateur était mis à disposition) donc il faisait 30 degrés dans l'appartement en ce jour de canicule.

L'établissement n'est pas un hotel proprement dit (avec services) mais une résidence à utiliser à court et moyen terme. Le garage dans le sous-sol aide vraiment. Il est tranquille et propre.

L'absence de climatisation; l'été à 32 Celsius n'est pas un cadeau.
