Très bel hôtel avec beaucoup de cachet. L'accueil à l'hôtel et au restaurant était parfait. Le restaurant offre une carte de qualité et un service par des apprentis motivés.
La procédure pour obtenir un code WiFi avec un téléphone étranger n'a pas l'air de fonctionner. Cependant, les employés de la réception ont rapidement trouver une solution.

Secured parking and spacious comfortable room. The breakfast was very good.
The staff in the reception, many kids around and avoiding eye contact, there was no leadership and the majority didn’t speak basic English. The restaurant was fully booked as I arrived at 7pm.

The location in lovely grounds and yet on a main tram line. Easy access for Grenoble centre. The room was comfy if tight.
Even though it is a training institution, the organisation on the front desk was a bit more chaotic than even that would imply. No one in charge of 4 staff, it seemed. The reception staff are keen but disorganized. For a minute there, we thought we were in Fawlty Towers. The breakfast food and service were, on the other hand, excellent. The access to the shower is elevated and dead dangerous. A grab bar should be installed without any delay unless you want a liability claim.
I think the staff could have the WiFi password routine down pat.
