It was comfortable for one night stay.

Secured parking and spacious comfortable room. The breakfast was very good.

The staff in the reception, many kids around and avoiding eye contact, there was no leadership and the majority didn’t speak basic English. The restaurant was fully booked as I arrived at 7pm.

We are all learning!

The location in lovely grounds and yet on a main tram line. Easy access for Grenoble centre. The room was comfy if tight.

Even though it is a training institution, the organisation on the front desk was a bit more chaotic than even that would imply. No one in charge of 4 staff, it seemed. The reception staff are keen but disorganized. For a minute there, we thought we were in Fawlty Towers. The breakfast food and service were, on the other hand, excellent. The access to the shower is elevated and dead dangerous. A grab bar should be installed without any delay unless you want a liability claim. I think the staff could have the WiFi password routine down pat.

Good

Close enough to the centre to walk but far enough away so that it wasn’t too noisy. Having car parking was a must have and it was good there was a restaurant. The suite was excellent value and a great size

We didn’t realise it is a training school and so some of the staff were a bit nervous - as you would expect with trying to deal with a foreign tourist. The full time (teaching) staff were really accommodating. The restaurant was good but some of the dishes were served but could have been hotter!! Not sure if this was due to it being taken to the table uncovered or had been waiting in the kitchen.

L'hôtel était fermé ! Pourtant j'avais prévenu de mon arrivée entre 22 et 23 h . L'interphone est resté muet j'ai du prendre un taxi et trouver une autre chambre d'hôtel à 23 h!!!pour le moment je n'arrive pas à joindre l'établissement

Lo staff è estremamente gentile e disponibile, e assicura un soggiorno confortevole. La colazione include crêpes e pancakes preparati al momento e una buona varietà di alimenti per tutti i gusti. Lo staff di sala della colazione è di nuovo davvero gentile e impeccabile.
