Great stop over. Very helpful reception staff.

Good stop over for early departure to resorts. Apartments of various sizes available so can accommodate families. Reception staff were excellent.

Kitchen facilities poor. Hob did not work. Cooking pans very tired.

Cosy flat with easy access to town

When we arrived, the person at the desk checked us in very efficiently and let me know where the parking area was. The room was compact but ample for one night's stay. Grenoble is a beautiful city and the hotel was tucked to one side of the main station which meant it was easy to walk into the town. There was a dishwasher which was greatly appreciated and fresh sponges and cloths to use. My children also got some free croissants which made everyone happy! The person at the front desk (Victor) spoke English very well and was very helpful when our cooker was locked.

The sofa bed was really hard to get open and the fridge leaked all over the place. The air-conditioning turned itself on in the middle of the night.

It was mostly ok.

The toilets smelled urine. It had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. The card expired before check out time and elevator was unusable to get to our room. Although it opened the door of the room.

I am a regular with Le Hub but this time my experience was so bad that I will not book the room again in future.

The location and very close to station .

The room was dirty and lot of things were broken , it was very smelly too. The breakfast was disappointing as well . Even after informing the staff about broken stuff they were so ignorant that they did not care.

Worst experience. The room had already been used by someone else and was smelling bad. Afrer leaving to an other hotel to spend the night we asked for a refund and after 10 days calling we have not received it yet, and they did not have any claim letter either.

Pleasant for one night

The breakfast was decent, but the staff member unfortunately spoke no English, so it was a little difficult to get answers to my questions. They have a parking garage which was nice.

There were helicopters flying over well into the night which kept my husband awake. Obviously not something the hotel could remedy.

Good breakfast, the location is near city centre and railway station

Not friendly receptionist, no emotion, nothing, feeling you have a robot in front of you. The room itself was dirty, hair in the bathroom, needle on the carpet near the bed. There was only 1 towel and well served peace of toilet paper, after we said this at the reception, they corrected the mistake. Luckily we spent only one night there, never again.

Extremely low value for money with very wrong attitude to guests.

The hotel is close to conference center. Anything else is bad to very bad.

Room: old and obviously needed renovation, dirty dishes in the kitchen, one chair despite the fact that the room is meant for two (how two people can sit in front of the table on single chair?), no possibility to change towels even after asking several times and given promise by the reception. Personnel: ignorant employees at the reception - did not give us the receipt even after asking several times at the reception desk or writing several emails, promised to get us one fresh towel even after asking two times at two subsequent days. Breakfast: Almost no bread at normal morning hour (not too early, not too late), all the tables filled with used dirty dishes, no fresh knifes, there was nobody to clean the already occupied tables so new guests cannot sit down having breakfast at clean table, all the cans (app. 10x) from marmalade / Nutella / honey were empty and nobody has replaced them, scrambled eggs of disastrous form and taste Price: High Value for money: extremely low Additional comment: Hotel is sending lots of emails during our stay (in French), many of them are duplicates of one or another, but doesn't answer to your particular questions (for example about parking, towels, breakfast, receipt, etc.), which is really annoying.

Okay place

Stuff was friendly, location was perfect (right next to the train and bus station and within walking distance to the cable car and centre), bed was comfortable, and was at a really affordable price

Room was quite dusty (including a lot of dust under the bed and on the curtains) and toilet wasn't cleaned very well and smelled a bit funky. When I asked if I could have my room cleaned I was told not until after I had checked out. The toilet was in a separate room all by itself and the sink was in another room with bathtub which was a bit annoying

Very good aparthotel close to the train station

A lot of space, full size kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, very good light, super functional shelf above the bed. The couch serves as a normal double bed.

The double bed is actually just two single beds moved together. This is not comfortable as there is always this crack in the middle. The elevator didn't work, which wasn't so fun with large bags.

We really enjoyed out stay at Le Hub. The rooms were very neat, with a convenient kitchenette. It was in a great spot for the train station and close to the city centre. I left my wallet there, and Melissa was very helpful with returning it to me with organising shipping and staying in constant contact. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I think the place is nice but is very bad managed and receptionist really unprofessional and rude.

location and confortable bed

We booked an apartment for two adults, 2 kids and a baby. When we arrived there was no cot as we had requested and the kids bed was not set. All cutlery and plates were missing as well as towels. The receptionist sent us to other apartment to collects things missing in ours, and she didn’t know what to do. The next morning the person in breakfast room as really rude and unprofessional.
