One night stay with kids

The location is good, right beside the train station and close to the city center. We did the online check-in and our room was ready early. We were allowed early check-in and late checkout. The breakfast is good also.

Good location ,room needs upgrade !

The hotel in good location for all transport and other locations. The hotel ok but the room could do with an upgrade IE; paintwork needs redecorating and the cleaning needs to be better , no milk or tea bags in room no mini bar only water and I only had 1 bottle . Needs a some attention for the price paid I would give 3 star rating not a 4 star .

Hotel was generally fine. Outside station. Breakfast was ok.

Rooms were small and didnt feel very clean - needing a bit of a refurb (carpets, bathroom etc).

Hotel dirty, surroundings of the hotel full of trash, breakfast ham and cheese not fresh, parking full of thieves, on our arrival one car has been robbed

Very close to the train and bus station is a big plus. The restaurant and meeting area is good. Helpful staff

The toilet being in a different room to the shower/wash basin is not good. Have seen this in fair few French hotels.

The location (next to the station), the view of the mountains, the soaps from the Rituals shop, the friendliness of the staff, the fact that we can stay in the bedroom until 1pm.

No conditioner or body cream, breakfast starts late for a hotel next door to the train station, hard to find entrance.

if you look carefully. reviews - the expectations are the same from year to year, which means nothin

staff - 5 stars, but they work in a 4 star hotel :):( hence the problems, they are happy to help, but apparently the policy of the hotel is to try to minimize costs :( the safe has been broken for 5 years, so they didn’t do it to us :) liquid soap and shampoo were not replenished, ... BUT! excellent restaurant and breakfast, excellent management at the reception! all in all good :)

Well placed location with easy access for Travel.

The Room was a good size with very comfortable beds and lots of space for me and my children. The staff were very friendly and approachable.

As we had an oversized vehicle it would not fit in the hotel parking. We were directed to another local parking facility but did not realise that we would then have to pay an additional 30 Euros for 24 hour parking. This was not visible on any of the hotel information that we received.
