Well situated, rooms generally fine.
I stayed there for 2 nights over 3 days, had to take 3 showers, they were all cold... For over 100 Euros a night, I expect hot water, hence my poor review...

"LOCATION: really close to Gare Routière (bus station) and Gare SNCF (railway station) was excellent; also tram stop (Palais de Justice-Gare): 10 mins in tram B to Old Town/Halles Sainte Claire.
