Fair, but cold water (over 3 days...)

Well situated, rooms generally fine.

I stayed there for 2 nights over 3 days, had to take 3 showers, they were all cold... For over 100 Euros a night, I expect hot water, hence my poor review...

Very friendly staff. Clean beds.

Breakfast poor. Every morning at 0800 all sausages, bacon gone. Asked if they would be replenished and told no. Lift terrible and very busy. Air condition turned off on last night of my stay and didn't get much sleep as a result. Had very important meeting on last night of my stay.

Very nice view from the room. Room was a bit small but comfortable. Tasty breakfast with a wide selection.

Hotel very dirty at the front door of the hotel there are huge cobwebs up to the ceiling, the room smelt of sewage. I do not recommend.

Excellent room, excellent breakfast choices and in a very good location. Good secure parking.

No staff or public facilities on a weekend. It was a challenge to find anything local when we arrived late Sunday afternoon and there is no one to advise you, although, once in the building, the check in was smooth. Do your research if you are going to be here over the weekend.

Perfect location for a visit in Grenoble

Staff was super friendly during the conference lunch/dinner and at the reception. I guess they were also happy to see a face-2-face event again. The home made snacks (apple pie, cake, chocolate brownies) were the best!

The wifi (at least in my room on the 5th floor) was unstable. I guess several people were streaming Netflix or similar in the evening. It was very frustrating to get actual work done. I finally stopped using it and turned my 4G smartphone into a wifi connection.

Location for leisure travellers better than it looks on arrival.

Great location, close to city centre. Although from the outside on arrival you might think you are in the heart of the business district, which in essence you are, it is a short and easy walk to the city centre. The staff were all, without exception, superb. From our warm welcome on arrival to check-out, they did their best to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Access to the underground car park is difficult to find, so park up on street first (don't forget to check parking restrictions) before check-in, they can give you instructions and key-pass for garage. We loved the 'club lounge', with an honesty bar and facilities like microwave and coffee machine. Wine (75cl bottle) was very reasonable at 12€ for a very nice red.

The shower leaked terribly, which we reported on departure. Otherwise, it was superb.

Don't book this hotel... Worst customer service ever experienced!

the location of the hotel was ok (central station) and rooms were clean

Worst customer service I ever experienced before, since there was no staff available at all at the hotel (while I travel a lot)!!! Arriving at a closed door, a text stuck to the window told us to call a number of a service desk to check in. The person at the phone, opened the door for us , explaining that are keys are available on the Frontdesk. The room was clean but the airconditioning didn't really work ( a lot of noise but no cooling). Since there was no staff available at the reception , you could not report the issue and forced us to sleep with the windows open, 'enjoying' the city sounds of the night! The pre-fixed breakfast plate was awaiting us in a cooler but was poor of content. A coffee machine was available but we had to figure out how to empty the coffee deposit box in order to enjoy a cup of coffee (and no instructions available). A message to the Hotel: If you do not wish to pay your staff (due to COVID?), I recommend to close your hotel and don't expect your customers to take over their duties. This is very harmfull for your reputation, if any left!!!!

STAFF: cordial and helpful. From check-in till end, the receptionist Mr. Khalil, in particular, was a helping hand. CLEANLINESS: room was clean and in order. RESTAURANT: the restaurant attached with the hotel maintains a good price/quality proportion.
