The hotel is well located. It looks good from outside, but the reception area is very dark and creepy. The receptionists are not friendly at all, no smile to welcome, very cold. 2 of them were laughing when one receptionist was handling my checkin , I don’t know what they were laughing about but I found that it was not polite to do so in front of client. When I checked in to the room, I found out that I made a mistake because I ordered Duplex room where the bed was on the mezzanine, then I called the receptionist right away to see if I can change the room without mezzanine as I was with my 8 months old baby (I didn’t touch anything yet in that room). And they said (in a very not friendly way) that it’s not possible to change room unless if I pay 30€. I don’t understand because the room that I booked is more expensive than the one I want to move in. I finally checked out on the same day because the ambiance is just not acceptable. Zero customer service in this hotel. As a person who had many experiences working in the hotel, I am very disappointed with the service!
