Could have been so much more.

It was clean, had a pool and the restaurant was good value for money and the food was reasonable. Room also had air con which was a blessing.

Whilst one member of staff who spoke to us as they were leaving their shift was very helpful, the person who checked us in and took our food order was clearly a little intolerant of individuals who are not fluent in their language, he came across as being quite arrogant coupled with the fact that we had almost a sleepless night as we were were on motorcycles and we were greeted with a sign saying locks are mandatory it didn’t make for a relaxing evening after a long journey. It would be useful if Booking.com made reference to the motorcycle issues experienced in and around Grenoble! Fortunately we had a number of locks - and the hotel did have a sliding gate that was secured over night, we still felt like we were taking a chance.

The hotel is really worth the money.the staff are exeptional and its very easy to find

The staff were exceptional. I arrived after having my right wing mirror knocked off on my way down. I asked for their help. They rang a VW garage who said that they could order the part for me. They then found me a garage near to where I was staying to call at in the meantime to see if they could help. I am a wheelchair user and their help was brilliant. They helped me to my room with my things and explained how to access the areas around the pool etc. the hotel was easy to find. So quiet to sleep considering it’s next to the motorway. There was a good restaurant and a lovely little pool area as a sun trap. If I was coming this way again I would definitely stay here.

Nice hotel, good secure parking and great for an overnight stay if passing through.

Free parking, good restaurant and clean.

The hotel is away from town and there were no other restaurants nearby so unless you have a car you are forced to eat in the restaurant- but this is very good so for a one night stay not an issue.

Very small room for the price.

Staff nice and helpful although it would have been good to tell us that there was a swimming pool. Breakfast was very adequate, good parking and security for cars.

We did not need more for a night stay

It was very warm, the A/C was noisy The receptionist made 2 mistakes with the price which is strange (one mistake put the price to more than double wahr we booked for). We did not like the situation.

The room was clean, the staff were helpful and polite at check in.

The room was quite basic, there was a kettle but no cups and no tea or coffee supplied. Noise could be heard from guests rooms close by including each time the room next door used the bathroom. The location isn't great, view to the river is pleasant but the hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate with little else near by.

Very good for the price

We really like ita proximity to the highway, as we stayed one night before reaching the Alps. Breakfast was really good and simple (in a giod way! so that our kids actually ate!)

Nice cosy gallery area in the room. Great mattresses provided a good night sleep.

Stairs to the gallery area in the room could not fold away properly. Unlocking by itself means possibly getting hit by it while entering the room. Please fix it asap.

Nice food. Kid loved the mezzanine where his bed was.

Surroundings were disappointing. Absolutely nothing within walking distance. Pool was closed.

Wines and local beer were nice, staff nice.

Swimming Pool closed at 19 hours. We just arrived and would have been nice if we could stay longer in the Pool. Diner, plat du jour was really though to eat, Filet de mignon. Side dish was even worse. Some kind of potato, really dry.

Odeur de cigarette froide et condensation

Il y avait une odeur de cigarettes à chaque fois que nous rentrions dans la chambre. Pas de ventilation, ni de Vmc, nous étions donc obligé de laisser la fenêtre entre ouverte même la nuit pour éviter la condensation et les odeurs qui nous arrivait par une bouche situé à l'entrée de l'appartement.
