Ibis brand is always a good choice for a budget travel.

Near the bus station, friendly staff, decent breakfast and excellent value.

Ok , but I don’t think I will back at the same hotel again

The location , in the front of the river The room space is good

There was a bad smell in the room, The cleaning staff opening the room like 4 times before 10 am without a notice or even saying anything just trying to open the door with the key , I told her no need for the room service, kept opening the door while I was in the shower. I had to yell at her. Even I hanged the don’t disturb sign on the door,but kept Ignoring it I felt Unsafe there actually .

Vehicles stolen from the hotel parking during our stay. Received no support from the hotel staff and offered no compensation for our loss.

Certainly NOT 3 star quality!

Not much - breakfast was ok.

Been staying regularly at Ibis (and other Accor Hotels) for many years, but this was very poor. Exterior is dreadful. Checked wine menu which only had Rose wine on it. In France of all places, no red no white. Eventually a bottle of white was produced from a fridge somewhere - but only allowed a bottle. Sink badly cracked.

Ideal Jotel for short City. Real.

Room was ok and breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and Hotel car park was ideal.

Air conditioning was very poor. Shower doors a bit iffy to close to stop water leaking out. Not may plug sockets about and varied in type. No kettle in room as advertised.

Location and secure parking. Breakfast was very good. Typical ibis room, good enough for one night stay.

Accommodation was what we expected for an ibis. however, Grenoble itself has gone downhill and not the town it was. A lot of damage from recent protests too.

The worst experience so far

The description on the room was not what we’ve got. Instead of a view as in description (mountains, river etc) we got a room with a window to the parking spot. The manager blamed booking.com and didn’t help with improving the situation. The smell in the bathroom was also awful.

Not good. I would not stay here again

I got stranded in Grenoble so the location and price seemed practical.

The foyer smelt of cigarette smoke and didn’t seem clean. Having asked for a quiet room I was put in room 101 next to the stairs, lift and at the hotel front above the hotel entrance. It was noisy during the night and I was woken up several times. I had to get up at 6am to travel. My toilet roll had wet finger marks/indents in it yet the room was meant to be ‘clean’ so I threw it away

It is a pretty decent hotel, good location

Unfortunately, guests smoke. Or someone else. The smell was in the corridor and in the room. I do not understand how the smoking policy can be followed in other hotels (Ibis as well) but not in this one. Sadly that the guests (or those who smoked) do not respect other guests at all. In the lobby it does not smell at all.
