Well organized hotel, clearly designed for business travelers. Very good breakfast with some rotating items. Nice room designs.
The breakfast/bar/business area is quite nice to hang around and work.
Rooms were on the smaller side, but this was not an issue for my stay.
The only problem I encountered was with the bar service. The website suggests that the bar area is open later, and that dinner service runs until 10. I arrived shortly after 10 hoping to have a drink after a long day, but was told that bar service was already closed, even though the space itself (a very nice and spacious working area) was still open.
That in itself was not a problem. However, when I politely suggested that this detail (dinner service affecting bar service) could be clarified online to help future guests, the response I received was dismissive, with the staff member insisting that the information was already clear and implying that I had misunderstood it. This created an unnecessary awkward moment, especially since the intention was simply to provide helpful feedback.

Very stylish and comfortable. Unlimited access to tea, coffee, water and snacks. Also access to additional facilities such as sauna, gym. Staff were great and very helpful especially a young girl called Elia (or similar name) who checked us in when we arrived.
Nothing really but would just advise that bottom rung of screen around bathroom/toilet was very dusty (see image attached) so may be useful for hotel to remind staff to check this when preparing rooms. But this was a minor issues.
