Overall we were very happy and would recommend/stay again.

Very stylish and comfortable. Unlimited access to tea, coffee, water and snacks. Also access to additional facilities such as sauna, gym. Staff were great and very helpful especially a young girl called Elia (or similar name) who checked us in when we arrived.

Nothing really but would just advise that bottom rung of screen around bathroom/toilet was very dusty (see image attached) so may be useful for hotel to remind staff to check this when preparing rooms. But this was a minor issues.

I wish there was an extra hook in corner closet behind curtains and one in the entrance for coats. Also an anti-splash air filling filter on bathroom faucet would really be nice. Finally a card tag to put outside our doors saying it is Ok to make/clean room.

great other than the weird bathroom concept

Staff was accommodating and amenities are great.

The design of the bathrooms. There is a cubicle in the room that is the shower/toilet. You have to walk through the shower to get to the toilet/sink, which is gross and messy if someone has just showered. And the entire cubicle is slatted and affords no visual or auditory privacy. Worst design idea I've ever encountered! And there's no fan to take out steam or odor.

Would definitely recommend

Super comfy room and bed. Spotlessly clean and really cool room design. We had a room on the top floor with great mountain views. Loved the clubhouse area and the free snacks and aperitif snacks with nice inexpensive wine. Great value for money.

I would come back or recommend this hotel anytime

Efficient but at the same time very clean with all the amenities usually provided at good hotels The bed linens and towels were of good quality. The room was quiet. The other guests were all appropriate and quiet. The club restaurant had a limited but excellent menu and staff was efficiënt, friendly and kind. Since it was very warm. there was no reason to search for exterior restaurants and it was comfortable to stay indoors at the hotel. Location was good with reasonable parking lots nearby or street parking free of charge during evening & night. Overall a good experience and I would go back or use Okko Hotels elsewhere when traveling again.

- I didn’t like the in-room carpeting to be plastic, which I surmise was for hygiene, easily washable. Although I prefer it over real carpeting (I am allergic to dust) I still prefer wood product floors over plastic. - The shower in bathroom directly with sloping floor was nice and efficiënt but it did make the rest of bathroom wet which increases risk of slipping / falling.

Excellent for business trips

The rooms are clean and modern. A lounge area with small snacks, coffee and tea till late at night. Breakfast has verity (would prefer more vegetables). Staff is very friendly.

Would like to have a smart tv to connect to Netflix etc to unwind at evening. Pay attention no parking at the hotel- a parking lot 100 meters down the street which you can pay at the hotel directly once you check out)

I think that this place is more suitable for young people.

The room is very spacious and had a very nice view. Good breakfast and snacks and drinks available throughout the day

The design of the bathroom is very poor. To reach the toilet you have to jump over the wet area of the shower. Constant humming noise. The location was not suitable for us.

Great hotel for city breaks, loved it

Great price, good service, clean and comfortable room, expanding lounge with nice juices and a v decent coffee machine available 24/7. Breakfast was excellent too and the gym had everything I needed and I had it to myself. Didn't try the sauna, but it also looked good.

we loved “the club”, with free snacks and drinks. we loved the GLUTEN-FREE corner at breakfast and in general the breakfast buffet. the room was very clean, nice, comfortable.

We selected it for the location which was good. Staff was good, Check-in, check out process was smooth. Size of room and bathroom was really good.

Seems the maintenance and repairs are in bad shape. A big panel of false ceiling in the bathroom was dislodged and seems to be falling down one day, bathroom fittings coming out of the walls, headrest of bed was worn out.. etc. The furnishings are just minimalistic. Size of bed 140 cm for 2 people doesn't seem adequate to us. System of lights was a bit confusing. May be we did not get a nice room. Anyway it was our first stay in okko, and that was the impression that got created.

Nice design hotel and friendly staff. Common area with ability to get snack during happy our for free.

You have to walk through your own wet shower to get to the bathroom, which means you wet your entire room. Construction / design flaw.

Good location bad service at breakfast

The location is convenient but traveling by car to Grenoble is not something I would recommend. On foot or by tram the city is great. And the hotel is in walking distance from the best resturants.

There is no way to stop a car to drop of bags when you arrive except if you block half the street. Same when you leave. Grenoble is best on foot or by tram. The breakfast was a difficult experience. Understaffed and tables not cleaned or set. Half service and not worth the 17 euros a head.
